I’ve gone here numerous times for blood draws and can’t say enough good things about their techs and how proficient they are. Front desk is eh, but it’s the draw itself that counts for me.

Online says they close at 6, I showed up at 5:40 and there's a note on the door that says they close at 5:30 (starting July 5th). Their hours are not updated anywhere online even though it's been almost 3 months since their hours of operation have changed.

Honestly just saddened by the previous reviews on here being unfair representations of this place. They have been so good to me and my family through our pregnancies. They are lively and fun, which I understand is not everyone’s cup of tea. They were a blessing though whenever my 1 yr old had to get her blood drawn- would be so sweet and silly with her, and ease the whole situation. Never had an issue with wait times. 15 min max.

What a mess. Unorganized, zero coverage. MultiCare should be so embarrassed. Receptionist is also one of the folks drawing blood. She’s a super flake, well at least today she is. Singing out loud, talking about music rather than doing her job. So irritating. She has even left now to take blood for a patient. Has left the reception desk empty.

What a mess. No one at the front desk to guide people, super long wait. On top of that, they messed up my labs and I had to go back to get more blood drawn because they can’t read a piece of paper properly. Please, go elsewhere if you can.

Called to confirm order the day before and they said everything was ready for routine labs. Showed up the next morning, the only time I had available, and they told me the order was expired. Find some place other to go if you have limited time. This place is poorly organized.

Super easy, in and out. Very efficient process and staff and barely felt a thing while blood was being drawn. BUT, I just got the bill and my simple routine blood work was over one thousand dollars. Yes, over 1K! I could not believe it. So I had to edit my review from 4 stars to 2. My insurance, of course, does not cover it. Won't be getting blood work again anytime soon. And I will shop around for lower prices before I do.

Staff are always welcoming to me when I come in. Techs always get my blood on the first try which is amazing. Best place to get labs done in my opinion!
