I drove to Les Schwab at 7:00am hoping they had a key drop off box so I could drop off my vehicle. To my surprise they did not. Les Schwab does not open until 8 00 am, but Jay was in early and welcomed me in. That kind of service is rare and quite extraordinary in my opinion. I cannot speak more highly of Jay and this company

My tires were low after a cross-country road trip. I was afraid I had picked up some piece of projectile in my tires. They checked to see if there were objects in my tires at no charge. Turns out the displaced air was due to the change in elevation during my trip (SC to WA). Great crew, professional and compassionate to my plight. When it comes time for new tires, I will be purchasing there.
UPDATE: I did purchase new tires a while back. They were a great fit for my car. Had a mishap with a curb which tore a hole in my sidewall. Shelly and Jay assisted me, ordered the same tire for me. Has t wait 2 weeks for it to arrive . The put the tire on , balanced it, made sure all other tires were inflated correctly. Still great service.

Helping my mother with a blowout. Came here to have the tire replaced and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Kevin was amazing and made it happen quickly. This is why I come here!

My car maintenance alert told me that I needed a brake fluid replacement but Les Schwab checked the fluid and said its fine. Brakes a-okay as well. No need for any work. And no charge either. Can't beat that.

I’m generally someone who gives favorable reviews and tries to be understanding, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I truly believe this location could benefit from some service improvements.
I believe that if the estimated wait time for walk-in service (flat tire repair) is expected to exceed two hours, customers should not be asked to wait indefinitely. Instead, they should be informed and offered the option to visit another location. It’s also important to maintain communication between the technicians and the front desk so that customers are kept updated on how much longer they may need to wait.
Unfortunately, at this location, I was made to wait over two hours—only to be asked to wait an additional two hours with no clear updates. When I returned, no one seemed to remember me or my situation.
In the end, I went to another Les Schwab location, where my issue was resolved within a 30min of arrival.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.

I have gotten several sets of wheels done here with incredible customer service. As I car guy I want to avoid any scratching while having my wheels mounted, these guys do a really great job at protecting your wheels while putting the tires on. I’ve had a couple people help me, but Jake, Brandon, and Spencer have all been an incredible help. Thank you guys!

I made an appointment. They were right on time. They took my vehicle in for the needed inspection. Let me know what I needed. Another appointment, the next day, with an estimate in hand, and another from my usual mechanic who had no quick appointment available and had recommended Les Schwab, the final was less than the estimate from all of them and completed in less time. Needless to say, I'll be back.

My son had a flat tire in Gig Harbor and after going to COSTCO who couldn't fix the tire we end going to Les Swab tire center and Taylor did a great job,very professional, thank you Taylor our appreciation to you and Les Swab tire center for the service.

Friendly but oh so slow. Like other reviewers I stopped in with a flat. Told 1 hour. They are backed up. We'll it's been 2 hours with no end in sight. Seems understaffed. Everyone is hustling but just not enough staff. And horrible at predicting the wait.

Booked an appointment online for 11:30 AM. Arrived a little early to discover that my appointment was nowhere in the reservation list. Was quoted 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait to get tires mounted on a trailer connected to my truck.
Ended up waiting four hours and the mechanic tried telling me that he almost didn’t work on it because there was a bees nest in the cargo area.
Couldn’t help but chuckle that it caused him such an inconvenience when he had a little business in the cargo area to begin with other than to retrieve the tires.
Overall, a little disappointed and wish I could’ve just done the work myself. A little man’splaining in the beginning trying to tell me the tire sizes were too small when I just matched stock size…and then a second time on how to remove a bees nest. Left my valve stems long as hell because they “didn’t have the right size.” Unfortunately I can’t recommend this shop.

Ordered tires, booked an appointment for a quoted total of around 750 bucks. Wife took the car in on scheduled day, the bill was over 1100 because the tires we ordered weren't in store, so they gave us an "upgrade" at full cost regardless of extreme inconvenience. My wife and I work full time and have a young toddler so we can't just drop what we're doing to wait 3hrs at a tire shop at their whim. I never received a call about additional costs or "upgrades".
