Based off Puyallup location- we closed out mail box, gave a forwarding address. They never updated that address. They just held all the mail there for a month without informing us. We are not in that area to pick it up. They want to charge us to forward it. Such an unethical practice. They still refuse to forward the mail and according to the United States Post Office the forwarding must come from them.

If I could, I would give it zero stars every time I go into the establishment the person that’s working there does not know what they are doing. I was trying to send a FedEx letter to military APO address and it said they could not do it. I am astounded that there was no offer to help. Do not go to this establishment. All the ladies working there are rude.

I sent a package of 13, new in the box Holiday Barbies. The box was huge. I trusted them to tape the box and apply the shipping label. It was an eBay sale. The buyer never got the Barbies, instead someone replaced the dolls with a cheap game and applied the shipping label to it. The Barbies were never received by the buyer but the game was. I took pictures of the box that was supposed to be shipped in the store.I'll never recommend them nor will I use them again. The two girls working were so Rude! The buyer has an excellent rating and eBay is investigating. The box shipped was not the box the dolls were packaged in.

I go to this place all the time the staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful!! I don't go to the post office anymore for any of my mailing business .

Oh my gosh! These people are so nice. The 1st time I went in I thought dang they are having a good day the 2nd time I was like hmm they are so happy here and then when I went in this morning I literally wanted to work there. The lady that helped me was awesome happy smiling friendly and yes I really want to work there now. I REALLY LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE OF THIS SHOP

We have used Mail Plus copies in Gig Harbor for several years for both personal and business services. We have experienced always top-notch service, and have utilized them for many different things to include copying printing shipping, as well as trusting them with our daily personal and business mail. The staff is friendly and always efficient and just a pleasure to work with.

the staff is very rude. ive overheard them talking badly on customers as soon as they have left and they often act frustrated or annoyed when you ask any questions.

Incredibly good place to get your mail and ship! I've been using their mail box service for 7 years. Recently i had to send a mobile phone for a trade in during a work break. I uploaded the return document on their website and when i arrived they greeted me, even though it was very busy do to holiday package shipping, took my mobile phone package and handed me my copy of the return tracking. They had also had my mail box letters waiting for me and two packages so i was able to complete everything in just minutes!

You better be pretty desperate to use this place. 15 minutes of nothing happening and I was told to wait when simply dropping off a ready to go package.
