Staff unfriendly and kind of rude to my hairdresser when she was washing and toning my hair. My first time at this salon. The hairdresser was nice but she was 30 minutes late getting started on my hair. You can barely see the blonde highlights. She tried to comb out my really long hair and then started trying to rip it with her hands when the comb didn't work. Whatever products she used on my hair to wash and condition with made my hair look and feel dirty after it was dried
I had to rewash it at home. I won't go back or recommend even though my hairdresser was nice. I left unsatisfied and the place doesn't have a welcoming feel.

Melanie is incredible! As a bridesmaid, she not only did my hair but also styled the entire wedding party—including the bride, mother of the bride, five bridesmaids, and the flower girl. Since the venue wasn’t available until later, she had us start at the salon at 6 a.m., and then came with us to the venue to finish and do the final touch-ups. We were all so thankful for her flexibility and creative problem-solving, and every one of us looked amazing!
I was especially nervous because my hair is quite thin and has been falling out. I’ve had some bad experiences with hairstylists at weddings before, and my mom is also a hairstylist, which makes it hard for me to trust just anyone with my hair. I had decided to use clip-in extensions for a fuller look, with braids and soft curls, but I was worried it might be too much to ask. When I showed Melanie the picture and the extensions, she was enthusiastic and confident about creating the look I wanted. She worked effortlessly with the extensions, constantly checking in with me to make sure I felt comfortable and that she was on track with my vision.
As someone whose mom is a hairstylist, it’s always a little hard to sit in another stylist’s chair, but Melanie made it feel so easy and comfortable.

Thank you so much, Mickey, for the awesome welcome and the awesome haircut and style this past Tuesday! My first time coming to this very nice salon and first appointment with Mickey! I have long, curly, wavy and straight thick hair and she did an amazing job! Mickey is lovely, so much fun and very professional and talented! I will absolutely book another appointment with her and I highly recommend her to be your hair stylist!

Jennifer is the best! I've been going to her for years and she gets my hair right. She's done highlights and balayage for me and the best haircuts! I take my daughters to her for haircuts too!

My Hair Stylist,(Colleen) just started to cut hair here, since she moved near by, from across the bridge in Tacoma and I followed her out here as a devoted customer. The drive from Tacoma, across the bridge, to this new salon, is quick and easy to find, and its well worth paying the toll, on my way home after my appointment, because Colleen does a Badass Mohawk for me and is very professional, and really cares about her customers satisfaction of how their hair gets did!!!Thanks Colleen. You are the BEST!

Jennifer gave me the exact cut and style I have been looking for. Being in the military most of my adult life, my hair has just been long and all one length. I would pin it up every day, because a short cut was untamed due to my curly frizzy locks. Roni is amazing! On my first visit, she got my color spot on - and I am extremely picky with my blonde - AND she did a great cut that I am so happy with. My husband absolutely loved my hair and I can't wait to go back to Roni again!
