I wanted to thank Brittney at the GH South store. I came in to pick up our new mattress even though it was purchased at the Sequim store (it would have been a few days before it was availabel at the Sequim store and we needed the mattress ASAP) Brittney had it loaded on a hand truck and waiting for me when I arrived. She was gracious and efficient and even though we did not purchase the mattress from her or at the GH location, she was very helpful! Every business should have an employee like Brittney....terrific customer service and we will absolutely return to Mattress Firm for our next mattress purchase. Thank you!

I visited a couple stores and felt pressured to buy until I met Ashlyn. She was amazing, low pressure, and listened to what I was experiencing when I tried certain beds. She gave exceptional advice and feedback and really made sure I was making a sound decision with my purchase. I highly recommend working with her and will refer her in the future! Go see her!

Best experience ever in purchasing a mattress and box spring - from walking into the store through delivery and setup.Sales person Ashley was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure.Mattress &box spring were in stock, delivered next day timely courteous.Professionalism at its best.I must add that your website with the mattress match quiz was very helpful.Also, I was not going to buy without trying it out & your website notes mattresses that are onsite in your store - saved a lot of time.You're doing everything right!
