DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, they will completely make up things needed to be fixed on your car without even doing the correct test, they will over charge you, they are incompetent.

My AC wasn’t working. I knew the AC accessory belt was not there and told the man I spoke with this. I dropped off the vehicle after hours and they started work the next morning. I received updates, which I appreciate, however they did over and hour of troubleshooting before realizing the accessory belt was missing. I was charged for needless work. Also, two days later I was under the hood and found they left my AC refrigerant line caps off, luckily they were still on the cowling. Small oversight but additional annoyance for an AC system they ultimately couldn’t fix despite a nearly six hundred dollar charge. I do like the constant communication and I have had good service in the past, just not this time so much. Although, I do know what’s not wrong with my AC system.

I was very surprised when I was told that my simple oil change was $160. I have never paid over $100-110 before. It says that included in the $89 basic charge was to reset the mileage reminder. You didn’t reset it on my car. No big deal but just another disappointment. I’ll go back to Graffs or another shop next time. Roger P

Been a customer here for years. With the tragic loss of their manager, time will tell the level of service. My recent service was good. It would be less offensive if they got my name correct after making this request multiple times.

Meineke took my reservation immediately and accepted the car for service in 10 minutes. The oil change was completed promptly and the technician located my oil leak and provided me with a very comprehensive assessment of everything needing attention on my car (including itemized pricing!) - very pleased with the great service.

WORST SERVICE AND COSTUMER SERVICE
I don’t usually share negative reviews. But after bad service after bad service. Hopefully, this review will save you the wasted time, money, terrible service, and frustration.
There are constantly late in opening the store.
they are never on schedule for their appt. When other locations only take 45-1hr at most for their oil changes. This location has never been less than 2hrs for our oil changes.
My husband took his car in to have his brakes checked before a road trip. He dropped off the car first thing in the morning, was told that it would take a few hrs and they would contact him when it was done. They never contacted him, so needing his car back, we came in first thing the next morning so that we could get him to work. They were 20min late in showing up to the store, at least 2 other consumers were waiting to drop off for their scheduled appt as well, when asked about his brakes, they said they never got a chance to look at them.
Today when our car was dropped off for an oil change with a scheduled appt @10am they said they had just opened and were running behind, they are supposed to open at 7:30am.
I called them an 1hr and 20min after having dropped the car off and they said it would be another several hrs. I voiced my frustration with them, calmly, but sternly, and the older man hung up on me. So I came and picked up the car and we will never be going back there again. After looking at the other reviews, it doesn’t look like I’m alone in this frustration.

Alternator went out on my car, I called in a panic and they were really calm, can you get it here? Assessed the car gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Car runs great now.

The Meineke shop was simple and to the point. They did the job on our 2005 Mercedes Benz ML500 SUV. This shop has done work on my brakes and on my A/C for the vehicle. I have been very happy.

This location did not do a very good job of communicating with us. We had to call several times and even stop by to get an update on our vehicle. We ended up declining their services and took our vehicle to another place to get worked on. We chose this Meineke because of the location, but we will not be returning and we do not recommend. We weren’t going to leave a review, but we keep receiving messages asking for a review.
