Service was fast, and just as important, the first person who greeted me at the window to take my prescription was so friendly and kind. It certainly makes a difference when one is not feeling well. She’s a gem : ) This pharmacy ALWAYS asks if you would like to talk to the pharmacist about your prescription. I rarely need too, but I think it is very, very, thoughtful!

best pharmacy i’ve ever worked with. courtney, vince, and chloe are super helpful in navigating prior authorization questions and reaching out to docs on my behalf when warranted, etc. making what would normally be extremely stressful, a little less so. the wait time can be a little long because there is only one POS and the hours are also a pretty small window of time if you work a day job, but i’m so pleased with the service and friendly demeanor provided by this staff that i’ll continue to come to this location.

Hours suck. Need to be open later and on weekends for people who work 8-5 m-f would be much better and more liked

I think the phone is broken. Two times I called and two times it disconnected. Someone should be there at 0930 hello.

Stopped in for a blood draw. Confusing instructions in the lobby for this with no staff working the front desk. Finally figured out what paper they wanted filled out and how to get their attention after waiting around for someone to come to the desk.

I never leave reviews but I have had it with this place. Can never get in. Dr is always out. Other drs I get in to see are short and obviously don't want to or don't have time to listen to concerns. I can get a virtual appointment right away but can't get in to see primary for two or three months. I like her very much but nothing is working and I have been in debilitating pain for 2 1/2 years now. Indigo was great.

Leaving multicare for good to obtain care in Franciscan system. It seems like care line staff are angry at having to work at all after so much downtime due to COVID. Of course COVID is to blame for everything according to healthcare folks. Everyone is overworked and understaffed. Not. I have seen staff on the internet, on their cell phones, or talking to coworkers while ignoring patients. The reality is that many staff are hostile towards patients as reflected in their snide remarks ( voiced loud enough to hear like "that trouble maker is sitting out there" and off putting attitudes. Maybe this is the new norm in healthcare-healthcare equity -equals more care but substantially reduced quality of care. And staff w barely high school diplomas drawing blood in the lab etc. very little training and no customer service training. Unprofessional all around .

I've been on hold now for 2 hours trying to get a CT scan rescheduled that was cancelled not once but twice. Multicare knew they wouldn't have staffing but scheduled me anyway. Unconscionable. Horribly disorganized place from the doctors down to the Imaging center. The imaging center continues to book appts, knowing they are understaffed and will most likely cancel on you, regardless if it's life or death. The doctors are scattered. I had Dr. Guinto. She is all over the place, unfocuses, fails to read your test results or follow up. So many of my health concerns and those of my family have fallen through the cracks with this place. I hope they get sued into oblivion.

My treatment at this facility has been nothing short of horrible. I was referred there for pain management for a new autoimmune condition that was so bad I could not even sleep more than a few hours, but in spite of having a completely clean drug screen prior to the start of treatment with them, I was immediately treated like a junky. I asked for a non-opioid option initially, as I am a nurse and worked for years detoxing opioid addicts, so the provider gave me Buprenorphine, a drug that is notoriously more addictive than typical opiate-based meds. I would have refused that but the provider's English was so bad I couldn't even understand what he was saying. When I found out I asked for something else, and was given another med that barely worked and had bad side effects. I was told at the time that I would have keep my scheduled appointment about ten days later to ensure this was effective, which is typical with pain meds. You don't even give pain meds to a patient without noting the effectiveness. But the provider cancelled that appointment without telling me or giving a reason. When I called to ask what had happened, they would only give me an appointment five weeks away. So I'm still having pain, AND bad side effects, and they refused to do anything, even though I stated this numerous times. During this time I was contacted by Multicare's own quality assurance (QA) staff, asking what was happening with my care. This was not a typical survey but an email to me. They must have flagged something about my care, or they were already keeping an eye on the provider for some reason, as that is not typical for any medical organization. I told them what was up and they said they were going to file a complaint about it with the Department of Health (the licensing agency for medical providers). As a medical professional and a regulatory compliance investigator myself, I had never seen a company file a complaint on one of their own providers before, especially to an agency that could take away his license. When the provider found out about that, he refused to work with me and abandoned my care, without any other options. I didn't even file the complaint. This is some of the worst care I have seen in any medical facility, and I investigate medical complaints every day.
