I’d give this a zero if it were an option. I paid for a unit about 1 month before they went through a CHOW. At that point in time, I was able to reach people and talk things through. Since the CHOW, however, I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. They never answer the phone. They literally only communicate by snail mail. Just now, I received an email saying that my lease will be terminated due to “the property owner completing unit reassignments.” What? Don’t bother calling though, just hope to be around when they send a certified letter to your mailbox instead.
Terrible, terrible customer service. This is my first experience with a storage unit and I’m definitely moving my things elsewhere.

This is a great place to rent a storage unit from. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again if I need storage.

I was at a deadline to get all my things out of my garage to move out of a rented house into a small apartment. All the items needed to go into storage that weekend. Most storage places were closed & unavailable to talk to. The Narrows Self Storage was available & helped me through the process to acquire a unit immediately & be able to move my things in right away !! This saved me so much stress, money & trouble by being open & a real, live person available over a weekend. I appreciate the Narrows Storage so much !!!Excellent customer Service !

These are amazing storage units! We have a boat with a wake tower and we loved the very tall doors because we didn't have to put the tower down for storage. Also a huge bonus is the automatic door control - it was so nice to pull up and use a remote to put the door up rather than putting it up manually. Great storage facility!

What a nice experience with the storage unit and Cheyenne was so helpful in both moving in and out. She did a great job with customer service and so friendly. I would highly recommend this storage unit as it was clean and easy to move furniture in and out. Thanks for the help.

Shyanne helped us today and she was simply amazing. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and super helpful. It's hard to find nice people who enjoy helping customers. Her along with cleanness and pricing of this place, it's hard to beat. I highly recommend them. Note to management... keep Shyanne around. She's a gem.

We have overflow at home and got a 10x10 space at the new Narrows Self Storage in Bremerton. It is incredibly clean and obviously super secure. I've used other self storage facilities over the years and this is the best.
