We rented the top golf suite for an hour. The service was good and the space was private and comfortable. But the software is laggy and we spent the majority of our hour waiting for games to load and watching tutorials and recaps. The computer screen froze a few times as well and we had to reboot the computer. We only got to play 3 games in the hour. I would say about half the time is spent wasted on waiting. There also wasn’t enough balls so after every two swings you have to go retrieve your balls. Clubs were disorganized so it was really hard to find right handed clubs. It was a fun idea but it’s just not worth the money.

Duck pin bowling was OK but kind of janky. Sometimes not recognizing balls or randomly resetting pins. Balls pretty chipped and not enough balls per lane.
Arcade was terrible, half or more machines broken. Some machines broken but still accepting card swipes. Arcade was a total waste of money and not many staff around trying to troubleshoot.

Such a fun place for the whole family. The arcade is fun, however on the pricey side for more than a couple of kids. The bowling is impressive with automatic bumpers so all levels can participate in games without a dedicated bumper lane. The appetizers are pretty good but once again on the pricy side for a bowling alley and portions. The restaurant is okay. Some dishes are delicious others feel overpriced for the portion and quality. The staff seemed genuinely overwhelmed in the bar and restaurant. They have a few beautiful venues for events but no online booking, inquiries to rent a space took awhile to get a response. The response didn’t include available so we gave up on that and just called to secure two lanes. Overall, a fun occasional place but be prepared to spend quite a bit more than a normal bowling alley

We always have a wonderful time at Ocean 5. Amy is one of the managers and is the best! I appreciate the customer service and atmosphere. I would recommend all their activities, it’s a great place!

Very modern venue that repeatedly disappoints. The pins are wonky, hanging on string, bowling is simply amusement and not regulation. Worse is the service. The staff is out to lunch and not professional. Been here about 5 times. Today it took 40 minutes to bring the first round of drinks and even then it was inaccurate.

I did duck pin bowling and got a burger. Bowling was $60 per lane for an hour. It was only me and one other person so it was really expensive. The system kept glitching and pins got tangled a lot. It’s also just on normal length bowling lanes instead of traditional shorter duckpin lanes
Was not a fan of the $20 burger either. It was edible but I didn’t finish it, which is rare for me.

After a very disappointing encounter with the manager Jamel, our birthday group completed a review of our Table 47 and posted it. When we moved to Ocean 5 for our bowling reservation we were told we did not have a reservation. Surprisingly when the manager was called it was Jamel, and she said there was no Ocean 5 reservation. One of the members in our party saw the name of the person who made the reservation - on Jamel’s computer screen. Even when we produced the electronic confirmation Jamel, said we had no reservation. What a ridiculous way for a manager to engage with customers.

Great venue!
Saw comedian Bo Johnson (excellent show!) On Thursday Oct 9th. His show was in one of the private conference rooms in the back beyond the bowling alley area. Same food & drink offerings were available and ordering is by QR code. Great service! No waiting around for service and all tables were set up beforehand with water and glasses. Cozy and intimate, there was only about 60-80 people seats assigned by staff.
Although we didn't bowl or dine there the lanes are the best in Western WA by far - even a room with lanes for private parties!

Putting on an event here was a dream come true - the booking staff, the staff on site, everyone was so committed to making it an incredible experience and IT WAS. I couldn’t recommend them more and the venue itself it BEAUTIFUL!!!
