Great bowling, good customer service! Food is tasty, though not cheap. Bowling is pretty affordable if you are a group of 6 or less. We'll be back!

Several games in the arcade were broken or partially working, the laser tag was out of order, the bowling is wildly expensive, and also hardly worked. They also don't allow anyone to sit with your group that isn't bowling with you. And, if you can figure out how to order the food, you'll find it's also expensive, and straight from the freezer via Cisco or US Foods. The staff was pretty friendly, though.

So much fun duck bowling with little kids, and then dinner and arcade!

This place is pretty cool. And the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks in the bar are good. I'm glad I finally decided to check it out, and I will be back.

We didn't even know this option existed in Gig Harbor, so we were glad a friend introduced us. The building is very modern, not really giving "arcade and bowling alley" vibes, which I guess is a good thing? We had coffee in the cafe to start our visit, and it was decent (cookies were better). We played a few games in the arcade, and that was enjoyable enough (until a couple of them didn't work). We weren't really interested in bowling, after hearing about their "string pin" system, but the space looked fun (with large screens and plenty of comfortable seating). We'd like to try the laser tag at another visit, but this initial introduction to the space was a decent one (though we were admittedly hoping for a bit more). We'll definitely try again in the future, maybe with a larger group.

Modern. Clean. Welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food and drinks from Table 47. Kids had a blast from bowling, Lazer tag and the arcade!

The waiter spilled a whole flight of beers on my newer shoes. When I explained the shoes were expensive they refused to pay for them. They were very rude. Just terrible service wish I could give them one star.

I want to give a shout out to Jesse McGee, operations manager at Ocean5. She was professional, friendly, and responsive while helping me out with my request relating to an event for people with special needs. I am very impressed with Jesse as well as the whole Ocean5 facility.

Super disappointed. Dont want to be a Karen but..... $50 per hour is super expensive for bowling. Everyone is super rushed to try complete a game. The pins get stuck and you have to track someone down to fix it while the clock is ticking down. Food tasted good but is way overpriced. They nickel and dime you to death. If you dont want to eat a dry pretzel you pay extra. If you want a lettuce wrapped burger they dont credit you for no bun but charge $3.00 for 1 or 2 lettuce leaves. For 2 meals with no drinks it was $52. Then they ask for a tip when no one is waiting for you. Trying to eat before your hour is up but they take 25 min to bring the food and deliver salads etc with no utensils so you have to go track someone down who gives you a hard time about needing utensils. Ive been here a handful of times and feel this way every time. This could be a really great family experience but its unaffordable for the average family.

The experience was good but it took time to get food but it was ok and the cream soda I got was amazing. The bowling was a little bit hard though, as pins kept getting stuck and they needed to fix it but besides at bowling was fine. Overall, I was pretty happy.
