My husband and I joined about 9 months ago and just celebrated 100 classes! We love the fun & super positive environment the OTFGH staff has created AND the tough (but only as tough as you want them to be) workouts. We've attended hundreds of different fitness classes in Seattle and the quality of this studio and workouts stacks up in every way (and is a great value). We are so happy to have OTFGH as a local option after moving back to this side of the water!

I've been going to Orangetheory for a few months and have fallen in love with the format! Having a preplanned, coached class that works both cardio and weight is an amazing way to get a full body workout. The coaches are all great and work with my orthopedic limitations. And the best part??? I feel stronger and more in shape than when I started! If you haven't yet, give it a try. First class is free!

I've always been one to workout, but I've never LOVED the process-until I joined OT. I find each instructor brings something just a tad different to the workout. My two favorite instructors are Natalee and Jessica. Natalee always makes me mentally want to crush the days workout, very high energy! Jessica motivates me through her positive encouraging comments but also by the knowledge of physiology and explaining what we are doing, what we are working on. I find that I always schedule on these mornings and look forwad to getting up early, I even drive 30 minutes for this studio!

Front desk staff is great and greets all the regulars on a first name basis- i can walk in and they already predict where i want to start for the day. Coach Ashley, Nina, Natalie, Joey, Jessica are all amazing. I've always hated group classes but loved OTF the second i joined. All fitness levels can join, and coaches constantly show modifications for those who need them. Its really a community here, i highly recommend!

I absolutely love the workouts and the community at OTF Gig Harbor! The workouts are challenging and change every day. The coaches are all experienced and knowledgeable and the front staff is incredible. I love our OTF Fit family and the friendships I’ve made there.

Went here for months - really liked the classes in the beginning but over time found them to be somewhat boring. Furthermore, there are only two showers so if you need to get to work afterwards, you will be disappointed for sure. These are classes only - this is NOT a real gym.

Exceptional customer service as you are greeted by Haley in the morning. She has the capability of remembering members and family members names before names populate on the screen. She is able to juggle multiple athletes, questions, new members ect without looking overwhelmed! Great job Haley! Also shout out to coach Brit her classes are fun, uplifting and motivating!

I have been to multiple OrangeTheory studios and OTF Gig Harbor is by far my favorite. The staff and coaches are always friendly, willing to answer questions and are super uplifting. The workout itself is always different and challenging. I have been an OrangeTheory member for over a year and can say I haven't "plateaued". It is super easy to get into the classes I want not only at this studio but most studios. This studio is fun, welcoming and on top of it. I can't say enough great things about Gig Harbor OTF.

We like the concept and have enjoyed our first two classes, however, their system is completely broken.My wife and I pay about $350 per month (total) for unlimited classes...not cheap. For this amount of money, we expected a great experience. The website and phone app design is completely flawed. They often do not sync-up and completely confused on which classes we are wait listed on versus confirmed. Regarding wait listing, it is clear that the Gig Harbor facility is completely overselling availability as it is extremely difficult to find open spots. We are trying to book in advance, but they only have a couple of weeks opened up on their calendar.To the Gig Harbor management team, please help! Your customers are feeling a lot of pain and frustration!
