The young woman who waited on me (3-14-24) -- I did not catch her name; sorry -- so kind, so patient, so helpful, so personable, I felt welcome there. Oh yeah, the Kitchen Sink cookie was pretty good too. The coffee could have been hotter. But overall, a good visit.

Entered , walked up to counter, no greeting, even after I said out loud welcome to Panera. Completely ignored, so left disgust.

While we have enjoyed every meal at this location, today was by far the best. We witnessed first hand your staff assisting several elderly customers with grace and respect. While it was extremely busy, our meals came out quickly and perfect! Thank you for another wonderful experience.

I find it reprehensible that a company would treat their employees poorly in front of the guests and customers. I have witnessed on more than one account team members being talked down to by what appears to be shift managers.. food is not that great atmosphere is terrible.. spread the word, Panera Bread is not good to their

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a truly life-changing meal at Panera Bread, an experience that has left an indelible mark on my culinary journey. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with an atmosphere of warmth and the enticing aroma of freshly baked bread, setting the stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable dining adventure. The first thing that struck me was the welcoming and friendly demeanor of the staff. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that is truly commendable. The team at Panera Bread goes above and beyond to ensure that patrons feel not just like customers but like cherished guests. Their attentiveness and willingness to cater to every need added a personal touch to the entire dining experience. Now, let's delve into the main event—the meal that left an everlasting impression. I opted to join the Panera Bread Sip Club, a decision that elevated my visit to an extraordinary level. The Sip Club is not merely a rewards program; it's a culinary haven for those seeking an unparalleled taste experience. As a Sip Club member, I had the privilege of savoring exclusive and innovative menu items that transcended the boundaries of traditional fast-casual dining. One standout dish was the Mediterranean Grain Bowl, a delightful medley of quinoa, kale, hummus, feta, and a tantalizing tzatziki sauce. The flavors danced on my palate, creating a symphony of tastes that left me in awe of the culinary mastery at Panera Bread. The Sip Club also grants access to unique beverage offerings, and I was particularly impressed by the handcrafted coffee options. The depth of flavor and the meticulous attention to detail in each cup showcased Panera Bread's commitment to quality. The Hazelnut Praline Cold Brew, in particular, was a revelation—rich, smooth, and expertly balanced. What truly sets the Sip Club apart is the curated experience it provides. The members-only events and tastings allowed me to interact with the passionate chefs behind the creations, gaining insight into the inspiration and dedication that go into each dish. It's not just a meal; it's a journey through the artistry of gastronomy. In conclusion, my experience at Panera Bread was nothing short of life-changing. From the warm and inviting ambiance to the impeccable service and the culinary marvels offered through the Sip Club, every element contributed to a dining experience that surpassed all expectations. The soup was OK, Luke warm.Inflation is one thing but these prices are unaffordable.Dining room was somewhat dirty with trash on the floor.

The food was great but above all, the service this morning was wonderful. JJ was our cashier and she was so pleasant and went above and beyond for us. The catering manager, Melanie, was also lovely and made a special effort to come out and speak to us about a future order and delivery. Thank you GH Panera team

Great food, friendly staff, prices are a tad high. But all and all, it is worth coming here once in a while, especially if you love yummy baked treats.

It's Panera, so it's all about the bread - and the soup you need to dip the bread in, and the sandwiches the bread is used to make. If you don't like good bread, you don't belong here. Is there better bread elsewhere? Maybe. But probably not in Gig Harbor.

I came in for a simple coffee and a salad, and the cashier up feont was an ANGEL, there was a line so far behind me they could reach louisiana if we'll joined our hands! This angel looked absolutely bombarded from all sides, and there was only her! Back in my day restaurants were a team.THEN when i finally get my meal (which with the amount of people there were in that area you would assume it would be quick), i didnt have a fork, so i ask this young lady with frizzy red hair if i could get a fork and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. If she were my children, or even my GRANDCHILDREN she wouldve gotten the lecture the Lord would be impressed by. The only good part of that service was the cashier, and unless i see her there i will NOT be going again Lord willing.
