Called ahead to see if they had algae-eating snails in stock. Sure enough, lots of good options. Waited in the fish section hoping to catch an employee. Eventually went to cashier to request an employee to help with our purchase. The response was that she was the only employee in store for an hour. We had no choice but to leave without a purchase for simple lack of an employee to access the tanks. Very frustrating waste of a trip.

This store has a great selection and knowledgeable staff. Naomi helped me, She was delightful and very kind. Naomi talked with me about the vetco program and grooming for my German Shepherd. Location is a little out of my way but if everyone is as lovely and efficient as Naomi is, then this will be my new go to. Thanks, Naomi!!

Store is always clean, sometimes busy but people assisting me always chill and willing to help. Usually have what I need and if not I get it online pretty quick.

Not at all helpful when asked where an item. WAS... and then asked what would be next best thing and no response...

horrible experience. you get treated like its an inconvenience that you are in the store. Groomers don't have experience and such a sour attitude.

Do not buy any toys from Petco. They are garbage. This petco tennis ball was defleeced in under an hour by an 8 week old puppy. Horrible tummyache until he finally puked it up. Also, don't buy Dreambone treats. They made all 5 of our dogs vomit.

We took our dog here for grooming. He isn’t an aggressive dog and has never bit anyone in his life. Petco made him so nervous and anxious and then stopped his grooming when they claimed he bit them. I wouldn’t go here again. They don’t know how to calmly care for dogs.
