Pat did a great job in supporting one of our condo owners in selling their condo. He went out of his way to do things to get the condo ready for sale that I believe should have been done by the owner. If I sell my condo or someone else is looking for a realtor he would be my first choice. Way to go Pat.

Pat did a great job and worked really hard and long to sell my home !! This was a hard sale with high interest rates and prices so high also . He also sold a rental home for me and did a great job! I highly recommend him !!!!

Pat did a terrific job advertising and selling our property very quickly! He is dedicated and knowledgablein making sure everything is done correctly and in a timelymanner. He sold an investment property for my sisters and myself. We all think he did a wonderful job.
