First time coming here. Signed up for a transformative cut. I was ready to let my stylist do whatever she thought would look good on me. We talked about my hair, my lifestyle. My 62 year old hair was permed and this last one was horrible. Alexis suggested a straight style. She tried my hair and styled it. I really like it. I don't feel like a frumpy old lady and doing my hair the next was was very easy. I'm going back in 12 weeks since she wanted my hair to grow out some so she can perfect the style. I'm very happy. Oh!!!! She also only charged me for a cut and style since we didn't take as long as a transformative appointment would have taken!!!!!!

Salon Riviera is a gem in Gig Harbor. Living on the peninsula I had been looking for a replacement for a salon I traveled to in Tacoma.
I received the best haircut ever from Jessica. She has been cutting hair for some time and is very accomplished.
The attractive salon is nestled along the waterfront. I highly recommend the experience.

I had the best experience with Tatum this week. I came in for a consult on a HUGE color change and Tatum was not afraid to take it on. She was honest and so helpful, making me feel comfortable from the very start. Yesterday was an all-day project; Tatum and her team (Jess and Ashley) were AMAZING! This Salon is truly a family that help each other and want what is best for their clients. Tatum explained each step of the process to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The end result was exactly what I asked for. I went from a dull and dark brunette (3 different shades) to a beautiful, muted copper. I will follow up with photos.

Yesterday was my second visit with Alex who is training as a hairdresser under the tutelage of Erica, the salon owner. Alex is wonderful. She is courteous & considerate & so easy to communicate with. She is passionate about working with hair & it shows in the results. I get oodles of complements! ❤

Jason cut my 15 year old son's hair. He did a fantastic job on a very picky teenage boy. He listened, was patient and kind. It was a wonderful experience. I personally have my hair cut by Kelsey. I always leave happy and feeling good inside and out.
