Multiple employees stood around near the closest station to the door, and we did not get greeted. Figured maybe they were having a quick meeting. Was turning in a device from a recent upgrade and had planned to upgrade another line on my 4 line account. A male employee finally asked what kind of help we needed and then told a female employee to help us and walked away without saying a word. I usually call and get great local customer service, not anymore since merging with sprint and these store employees sucked at customer service. I've been with t-mobile since voicestream. After 20 years with a company, I should not be so annoyed that we skipped getting a new device and left.

Just switched to T-Mobile from another carrier and finally get more than 1 bar on my phone! Very happy! Want to also thank Rob Dillon at the Gig Harbor Store for above and beyond service! Personable, Kind, Knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a more delightful rep for T-Mobile

This store is the worst T-Mobile store in this area, avoid if possible. Upon walking in you don’t get greeted or asked what brings you in, instead you stand until they just look at you and not even ask how they can help you especially the new guy James, who said he doesn’t what he’s doing because he’s new. Does T-Mobile not train their employees because letting them work in one of their stores? Very rude customer service, very dissatisfied with this store.

I am Very very unhappy with the workers at gug harbor point fosdick t-mobile.... this store is horrible ! They know little to nothing of customer service and keeping the flow. I came in after getting off of a 16 hour work shift needing to make a payment which I do every 2 weeks. it takes them literally 4 minutes from start to finish to take my payment. There was absolutely no reason that those workers kept me standing there til I got mad enough that I left to go to the t mobile store on 6th Ave in tacoma. It's pretty bad when your willing to pay an extra $5,50 for toll to go to a different store.The one lady yes I could see her not helping me because she was literally with a customer but the other guy he was just standing there doing nothing while waiting for the people to quit looking at the phones it would not have taken any time away from those customers for him to take my payment while they were looking. They were still looking when I got mad and left 8 minutes later.

Absolutely the greatest. I got extremely good service from an agent that found out my problem was an online issue and she went out of her way to resolve my return. This was an outstanding experience. I wish all agents could have a little compassion like this agent. It definitely made a not so good day go way better.

Wow! It is so nice to finally have a T-Mobile location in Gig Harbor. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help get your screen protectors on! I’ve never been good with those. They made it super easy to upgrade my phone and were able to explain a few questions I had on my bill. I appreciate how patient they were with me!
