We closed our account on Saturday.
We purchased a new vehicle 2.5 years ago and paid it off 11/2024.
During this time, we had nothing but issues from the Gig Harbor branch.
From mishandling of signed documents, to include altering them, to providing inaccurate and inconsistent information. When we visited the branch to address our issues, we were met with "I am not sure why [insert name] told you that or did ....; this is what we need to do."
The manager was there at least three of the times we were in. She did not venture out until I left the building. As I am am getting in the vehicle, I can see her approach the employee we took issue to and speak with them.

Friendly and helpful employees who make an effort to get to know you and meet your needs. They always make me feel welcome when I visit the branch. They went above and beyond by reaching out to let me know of a special CD rate when mine was due to mature, so that I could renew at a better rate. I really appreciated that.
