It’s a very convenient location, and the store is very neat and clean and seems to have everything needed! The prices are fair! It’s a much better experience than going to the post office that’s for sure! The people that work there seem to be very knowledgeable and most of them are really friendly. The nice thing is is you can send something but USPS there as well.

They took my package and never shipped it, Clearly they have fraud in their branch. Their response was should have got a receipt, which is true but pretty sad that is their response .

Strike three for this store - tried to just pick up a package and once again the staff was rude, not helpful and basically told me to come again another day because they did not want to spend the time looking for it. I came back the next day and same scenario, however when they did eventually find it, they complained about looking for it and somewhat threw the box at me. Thanks guys for the crappy customer service AGAIN. I'll make the trip up to the North GH UPS where they are great to their customers.
I also note that every time I am in this store they scream at a customer because they are not standing in the correct 'line'. Terrible customer service and awful management.

Don’t come here for Amazon returns without a box, this store does NOT honor the no-box required option that Amazon advertises for this store & if you do not bring your own shipping materials you will have to pay for them. I’ve tried asking Amazon to remove the no-box required return option at this store but they have no control over it. Apparently each store is independently managed and the decision to honor the no-box option is up to individual stores. Kohl’s & Whole Foods are the only other options listed in this area for no-box Amazon returns & I can personally vouch for Kohl’s honoring this policy with no issues. I’ve never tried Whole Foods, it’s too far from me, so I can’t vouch for whether they accept no box returns.

We've been using this store regularly for personal shipping and other services they offer. The owner and all staff we've dealt with have been helpful, fast, gave us options at best cost, and professional and friendly. We love this store.

Services were poor and inflexible. I have been using Postal Annex across the street for years and will continue to do so. Brought in a shoe return that was already paid for. I asked if they could tape the boxes together because the return was for two pairs of shoes. They said that was not possible but I could buy a bag for a minimum of $4 plus nearly $2 to print the label. I have never had any of these issues at the other place I mentioned. They will keep my business.

Many times now I get a post-it instead of a package when I have someone at home all the time!

Came in for an impromptu notary service. Katherine was VERY busy and had to catch a flight shortly, but she squeezed me in without an appointment. She had numerous interruptions, but multitasked impressively. The rest of the staff was likewise focused. Sense of humor was also evident.

I sent a message to the UPS Store, and the auto-reply was this... Thank you for reaching out to your local The UPS Store® location. Your message is important to us, and we will reply as soon as possible. However, it took a second message to get a response. See below, as well as our communication. I also included my full name and telephone number. It has been 10 days, and there has been no response. See the OG message below. Can you offer me a corporate email address if you are unable to answer?I was at your UPS store Yesterday to drop off a $3000 Expresso machine from Breville. The Box had a label, and Morgan asked me if I needed a receipt. I said, "Yes because it was a 3000-dollar espresso machine". The Box had Fragile written on six different spots, and I mentioned it needed to be handled with extra care. He forcefully slammed it onto the scale, causing a resounding thump. I informed him that the machine cost $3000 and was fragile and requested that he handle it with extra care. However, he did not apologize and acted as if nothing had happened. Another employee with blond hair and a small ponytail briefly heard the conversation and came over. He told me that the fragile words on the Box meant nothing and it would go through a lot worse.I must express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. I believe that by taking my feedback into account, you can improve your service and provide a better experience for your customers. Please consider my comments seriously and take appropriate action. Her Response....The UPS Store #04855:27 PM (3 hours ago)to meI apologize for not responding. It did not read that you wanted a reply.I have already spoken to the associates. They were treating your package no different than how we handle all others we receive and ship out. If packages are heavy, it may be difficult to move them onto our scales without making noise. When items come in unpacked, we do handle them with care. When we pack items, we pack them to withstand the rigors of shipping and are instructed by UPS on their packaging recommendations. We assume that when customers bring in packages that have already been packaged and labeled, the parcel is packaged appropriately. The guide that we get from UPS states that packages must be packaged to withstand the rigors of individual package shipping. UPS also expressly states that special handling labels do not mean anything. No package is treated differently with markings, as all parcels should be packaged to withstand all normal package handling that goes into shipping a parcel. All major courier services use warehouse-sized automatic package sorting systems that do not differentiate between fragile and non-fragile items. These sorting systems can have high-speed conveyor belts, package slides, and robotic loading systems.-KathyMy response.......Thanks for your response. Although I expected a reply, I understand that everyone's interpretation may differ. In your response, you said they treated my package no differently from others. Well, I hope not because, as stated in my letter, the package was not placed on the scale but tossed on the scale from a distance, and yes, it made a loud sound, but not from the weight but from the distance it was thrown and dropped from. The matter would have been dismissed had Morgan just apologized and the other employee not lectured me on what fragile means or does not.I spoke with the manager today (3/14/24) because I had not heard from you, and he was kind enough to resend the email. It ended up going to my junk mail.I explained to the young man that it's all about showing respect. To illustrate my point, I gave him an example. If you happen to see a police officer on the freeway, you shouldn't drive past them at high speeds. If you do get pulled over, a sincere apology would have been enough to defuse the situation.

You just want honesty. I brought them a vacuum to be packaged and shipped. ONE WEEK later the manufacturer said they had not received it. The tracking label was created but not received. I asked and they said "We wait until many are packed" before releasing. I asked what is my expectation for things to leave your store one week, two weeks. Shocker it went out that night. Just say we messed up we will check right now and it will go out tonight. Bad form

I stopped by the UPS store to buy stamps & there were none in the drawer & the associate went in the back room to check with his manager, Kathy. I heard Kathy on the phone & the associate said she would be with me shortly! A few minutes later Kathy came out & sold me a roll of stamps. She mentioned this was a good time to buy them as the price is increasing at the end of January. I thanked her for telling me about the price increase.

Generally they are quick and helpful. Today during the beginning of Christmas rush it became clear the long line was due to some staff not knowing now to use their software quickly and efficiently. And customers don’t appreciate being called sweetheart or honey.
