I took three return packages in to be shipped, but forgot to take a photo of the return label that was required by one of the sellers. I called the UPS Store a couple of hours later and Albert(?) very kindly took the time to find the package, take a photo, and email it to me. He even called to follow up when the first email bounced! Thank you for such excellent customer service. I appreciate you!

Have been going to this location for Amazon returns and mailing out USPS packages, never had any issues with the employees until a couple of days ago. I was returning an Amazon purchase and selected no box or label, but still wanted to return in person and get a receipt as I always have done. Front counter Employee kept suggesting for customers to use kiosk to return packages instead of him wanting to give continued customer service. If we wanted to do our own printing and packaging we would have done so and dropped off the package(s). It’s called Personal Customer Service and Job Security instead of having computer customer service. Very disappointing. Even though I did not have a shipping label or a piece of paper that has a scan tag, I did have shipping scan tag on my Amazon account. Cashier did not appreciate that process. Not to mention just because I wanted to deal with the Cashier Employee I was giving attitude and silence when I said thank you and have a good day. Absolutely no response back. If you are an employee at any business take pride in what you do and don’t be so lazy. Society these days rely too much on technology and always find ways to go around not having to do there job.

I overnighted a package to my accountant a few days before April 15. I paid $100.00 for the overnight charge and was told I would get a refund if it was delivered on time. Guess what it wasn't and I didn't get 100% back. I got 75%!!!! My account lives maybe 50 miles from me - I could have (SHOULD had) driven down there and handed it to him!! Will not be using UPS any more!
