I went to US Bank in Gig Harbor to withdraw some money. In just a few minutes time I was gone with my intended amount of money. Can't beat the service, courtesy of teller, and efficiency of the system.

US Bank has been taking $24.95 per month out of my checking account (unauthorized withdrawal). When confronted they returned 3 months. When I asked them to return all of these unauthorized charges they refused and said it is not possible.I know that it is possible; I just need to talk to the right person, perhaps Mr. Andrew Cecere can help. I would never have done business with them had I known about this outrageous service charge when I opened the account.At this point I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

I am President of APT Medical Consulting and a high net worth individual living in Gig Harbor, WA. I went into the bank this morning and Ruth (teller) treated me with complete disrespect. When making a cash advance on a US Bank product (Reliacard), the card mistakenly declined. In a loud voice for everyone to hear, Ruth stated, "the card is DECLINED". I suggested we call customer service but Ruth refused. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, Ruth treated me as though I was doing something fraudulent. Ruth continued making loud remarks and was oddly confrontational. Needless to say, I left the bank completely embarrassed.I will never consider doing business with US Bank in the future and will let my friends know how I was treated.

Now I know why I bank with Chase. When I walked into this US Bank branch the tellers, 2 of them who were facing the entrance and another lady in a officer didnt even acknowledged or ask what i needed. Then I was on the phone with thier loan officer Kayla and was very poorly treated.

This is the first US Bank were I found the employees unhelpful. Before I explained what I needed they were already saying no (to a routine problem that other banks have helped me with before).

In the past I have had a good experience banking with USBank. I did most of my banking at the Safeway branch in Gig Harbor.The bank employees were great but they all left! Since the Covid 19 situation the banking hours are just horrible. Open at 11:00am - 4:00 pm!! For working people that leaves the weekend or the drive thru at the main Bank in Gig Harbor. That is even worse. Waited in line today for half an hour and gave up. - thanks to another disgusted customer behind me who backed out I was able to do the same. Very poor customer care!!!

Employees are rude and unhelpful. When asking for simple help one employee just hung up on me. This is not the first time I have heard of this at the same branch. When I asked for an apology the manager said it's not there policy to apologise for being rude.

Jaime Anderson was amazing to work with. She was so patient and persistent to get a pretty complicated legal/business setup completed. There is a great chemistry among the staff and it was truly a pleasure to go in each time. Thank you for your excellent service.
