In my honest opinion - if you can not take care of your current customers then you should not be accepting new customers from Rite Aid or any other pharmacy.

I don't know what happened, but the competency has dropped dramatically. 4 trips and 4 conversations, and they still failed to fill my prescriptions, leaving me without my medication. It's not okay, and I will be switching all my families prescriptions somewhere else. Disappointing.

As others have said, there is a high chance your prescription will be delayed, lost or just not filled at all. I placed a refill through their app for same-day delivery and that was 5 days ago. Today, I was on my way to just pick it up myself only to be told that FedEx had it out for delivery already after initially telling me it had been delivered the day prior. Needless to say, it’s late now and I never got my script. I’ll be switching all my scripts to another place more competent.

Every time I call, I have a minimum of a 20-30 wait time. My daughter had a rx put in on the 20th and insurance rejected it (not Walgreens fault). When I called, I waited 30 min for them to tell me it will be refilled on the 24th which was great. The 24th came around, and yet again there was an issue with it getting filled, so I call again today. I was on hold for 31 minutes and I get disconnected. I call back and this time, I'm on hold for 2 hrs!!!! Only to get disconnected yet again. This is ridiculous. There should be no reason for any customer to be on hold for 2 hrs. I guarantee I called before many of the customers who drove up or walked in.

Had an appointment for a vaccination, not a particularly busy day, yet here I wait 50 minutes later and still no vaccination. The pharmacy is well staffed and I can’t figure out why this staff doesn’t value my time. Won’t be coming back to this poorly performing pharmacy anytime soon. So disappointed.

We needed a prescription filled that they did not have in stock. The person at the pharmacy informed me that we could call around and have the prescription transferred. When we found a place that had it they said that this pharmacy was extremely fast in transferring it over a matter of minutes when they typically say it takes hours.

Count your prescription pills!Today was the second time the Pharmacy issued me the incorrect amount of pain pills following surgery for my prescription. The first time they shorted me 5 pills, today 1 pill. Not sure if this is just an honest mistake or something more sinister. If it happens once, a mistake, twice a coincidence, the third time, it's time to inform law enforcement that something is wrong at this pharmacy. Especially when you're dealing with a narcotic.

The worst. You'll never get a prescription timely. If you want them to start a fill, you have to physically present and ask them to get on it. Afterwards you wait 1-2 hours. Good luck.

Terrible pharmacy. Customer service in the pharmacy is seriously lacking and the turnaround for a prescription is ridiculous.
