My kids are sick and we live close so I decided to give them a try instead of who we normally use, Safeway. They were out of one of the prescriptions and wanted to me to get it filled at another Walgreens… in tacoma. They charged me $50 for liquid Tamiflu, I then got the same prescription filled at Safeway for $22!!! Then when I had questions about my prescription I tried to call, over and over they would hang up on my or forward me to their hold. Do not recommend.

I was here a couple days ago and walked into an empty store with no customers but 2 workers at the main check out line. I waited patiently by the picture pick up station but no one came to help. 5 minutes came around then 10, so I just left. What happened to helping customers? Plz do better

if i could give this hellhole of a store a 0 star rating i would. all i needed was to print out some pictures and not only did i have to wait till the next day but the quality was also absolutely horrific

This place is clearly understaffed and if you have to call at night you’ll be waiting on hold for 20 minutes. When someone does answer they’ll do so with a bad attitude. I’m sure it’s only the result of stress but it’s also not a great customer experience. If it weren’t conveniently located I’d never go here.

The pharmacist Michael was so helpful today with my prescription. He went above and beyond to help me figure out its status and get me set up for when it comes in stock, as well as options to lower the cost because it is a self-pay prescription! Thank you!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the team in the Photoshop at Walgreens, especially Michaela! I am headed to a memorial service and in hardly any time at all, they helped me create the most amazing poster board in honor of my daughter’s father in law. They also helped me select a few other gifts, and when I went to the cash register, the gal there was so kind and helpful! I will do all my printing here from now on, and will do as much shopping here as possible, too!

I had a mix up with my Rx. from the provider. Jordan was amazing and followed up with me hours later to ensure I received my medication. Very helpful.

I had a 5 star experience today at Walgreens photo department. Jonathan was a great help , and friendly the entire time.
Parking is easy as well.
