I recently revisited here as I had worked there before the new ownership. I had him frame my son's bachelor degree from University of Puget Sound. Great work, and fair price.

Framed items were to be ready before Christmas. Frames were delivered later than expected which delayed the framing process. With the store hours as they are, I did not get the items in time for Christmas. I found the prices exorbitant for a diploma and certificate…over $400! Be wary of being talked into pricey frames and, even when choosing a more basic frame, expect to pay outrageous prices. Won’t be coming back.

Have had five pieces framed by Water's Edge, and the new owner has been great. Very happy with the quality of his advice and the work. Will continue to use for new framing projects.

The owner Bill is a great guy and did an over the top job framing 2 pictures for us. He also sales photos and paintings from local artist. Great place to find unique gifts for yourself and others!

This was a terrible experience that lasted almost a year. The guy got our art and did a first try framing it. One piece was fine but the other piece was unbelievable. The framer piece-mealed the wood for the frame together in a way that was extremely ugly and distracting from the art. The frame was so badly done that the gallery who had set us up with him demanded that he buy the wood for the frame, personally inspect the pieces, then assemble them correctly. As if that weren't enough, he had large air pockets on the print, left unremovable stains on it, and had punctured the piece in multiple locations. The gallery had to reissue the print to us (print 1/10) because it was irreparable. On his second attempt with a new copy of the print and new frame, it took him three times to mount it correctly. As if his terrible quality of work weren't enough, his manners were abhorrent. He yelled and cussed at the gallery owner multiple time, he yelled at me, and he repeatedly demanded payment for his incomplete and poorly done work. Now when I look at this art that I purchased to enjoy, I only see the frustration and exhaustion of the year I spent trying to get it put into my home.

Excellent framework. So meticulous and precise. I was very impressed. I will be taking all of my treasures there to be framed from now on.

The owner of this so-called gallery is the most rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate person to operate business in the area. He went ballistic because I didn't bite for his offering something that I didn't want for a relatively easy job of framing. He literally asked me to leave the premises, which I did gladly, offering never to darken his door's threshold again. If I were the last person in the world in need of framing photographs and he was the last gallery on earth, alas, it would mean the end of the business.

I called the store to make a simple question and the man on the phone was being rude and kinda sarcastic. Bad service on the phone, in person must be even worse.

You know until I opened a business in town I don't think I had stepped into Water's Edge but I really had been missing out. I don't get a lot of things framed but I'm impressed with Bill's work. But what I really wish I'd known earlier is about the amazing array of art available for sale here. Really gorgeous stuff in a wide price range. And not just kitschy nautical stuff but some really amazing local art, framed photographs, oils etc... From floor to ceiling. This is a great place when you're shopping for someone who has everthing and is hard to buy for.
