When I called to inquire about setting up a checking account and credit card the phone was answered by what a take as a mistake. I heard what I assume as two employees having conversation and after repeating “hello” multiple times the banker discovered I was on the phone and hung up. I will not be using this location and I found it unprofessional.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for decades. The branch in Gig Harbor is excellent--knowledgeable, helpful and caring. It is such a pleasure to visit the branch and be greeted by name. I truly appreciate their professionalism.

Most horrible experience EVER in my 35 years of being a Military Wells Fargo customer. The lady who pretended to try and help had no empathy for my needs and did not even attempt to call corporate or even check her system. My perception was that I was discriminated against and not treated with respect, by an institution who has my mortgage as well as my entire history of vehicle loans. Today was a very sad day for me, as I always told people that the biggest reason I continue with WF is due to their amazing customer service, but today I saw a sad and disappointing day with an institution I had been happy with......I hope the location managers conduct better training so that current customers are not treated this way.

Just coming back from Wells Fargo -- the notary/banker watched us wait as she chatted with another customer about his recent vacation for over 20 minutes. The branch manager (Adam Bucholz) advised that the bank has a policy about fostering relationships with customers through 30+ minutes of idle chit chat, unapologetically defending the banker's right to spend a full half hour with one customer, discussing his personal life, while other customers are forced to wait. I guess fostering a relationship with customers who prioritize a banking relationship based on professionalism, courtesy and efficiency is not a priority to Wells Fargo Gig Harbor. The good news is, if you are lonely, want to get something off your chest, or just want to vent about a problem, but don't want to pay a counselor, make a half hour appointment at Wells Fargo and enjoy a captive audience. Ask for Nisrine Westberry. But if you want to do your banking in a time-efficient manner, know that Wells Fargo no longer values you.

Nice staff but no drive through and if the branch is closed I have to stand in an unsheltered atm in the rain! Thinking about moving my $ !!!

Its a bank. Nice staff who greets you unless on the phone or with other customers. I don't use banks personally but my company does. I've never had an issue with this branch.

Nice tellers but only 2 we're working. Even though 3 customers were standing in line waiting the manager did not open another station and just kept walking by the line. Over 20 minutes in line waiting to get cash with only 1 person in front of me.

I have been a very loyal customer with Wellsfargo and this branch in particular for many years. Until today, I have always been treated with amazing customer service and kindness. I work in retail and customer service is very important to me. Today I went to my usual Wellsfargo and told them about a struggle I had this week with a few overdraft fees. I was treated with icy coldness and rudeness by two young brunette skinny girls. One was a teller and one was a supervisor. It was today Sept 2 at about 2 pm. They didn't care...they didn't say sorry they couldn't help me...nothing. They then treated me like an idiot. I tried to explain to them that I was always usually careful with my checking account etc. But they didn't care or act like they cared. So guess what? I will never, ever,forget the horrible customer service and rudeness I received today from this Wellsfargo. Shame on you for not caring about your loyal customers like me.

I was working on a home loan with mortgage department with Cheri Nurmi and I already had all my paper work in/and approval letters but we found a problem and came up with a solution, when she helped us with the solution she decided to just disappear and stop responding to anything. Not really good business I might not be spending the most money but I think I should get the same service as someone buying 250k home. So i took my business else where when we couldnt even get a response to get the link for a re-apply or sorry i cant help you email or nothin. I will not be using wellsfargo mortgage in the future and will advise anyone I know not to either.. Not very professional

I recently needed to cancel a cashiers check and reissue a new one. Branches in Port Orchard and Silverdale told me to make an appointment because they were booked out up to 2 weeks. I am a business owner with very small windows of time and neither of those branches would budge an inch to help me. However, Adam and his team at Gig Harbor went the extra mile to help me, very professional and kind, customer service that is more rare these days. Thank you so much!

We had a Wells Fargo account in another state then recently moved to Gig Harbor. When I went to this local branch to transfer our account and change the address on our checks, everyone I met was friendly and professional.

Not a fan! They, in my opinion, crooks! Why is cash pending for several days? Cash deposit..... pending for several days. That's ridiculous! I ended my acts.
