Do not give any money to this guy KCI found him online , he came over looked at my car . He asked for money at front . Sadly I gave him some money . He never came back to finish the job . He made 1000 excusesDidn’t answer my text , calls . He said once his father passed away. I understand thatYet i caught him in a lot of lies . I gave him the key of my car because I was going out of town , he refused to give the key back . I had to contact the police to get it back . That’s the only way he did it . This happened months ago, yet I haven’t get any money back from him , not even the money for the partI had to find another mechanic who stepped in and helped me when KC left me hanging in there with broken car and took the moneyStay away from him . He’s a liarAlso rude attitude, started smoking right on my face , terrible first and last impressionThe way he carry himself, very poor .Also I asked him for a estimate in writing, he never gave me anything. He only told me the total amount verbally.

Watched an employee of this company in a company vehicle show up and take a campsite from these nice group of people just enjoying there weekend be an absolute jerk and impersonated a cop a threaten to use a gun on these families with there kids if your gonna let your employees use your vehicle at least make sure they are being appropriate with it. I can’t say anything for there work they do, maybe they do good work I have no clue but all I know is there is a terrible man in a dodge Durango that is working for this company.

This guy kc came to our camp spot by rose lake in idaho and parked right in me and my family/friends campsite, was highly disrespectful and threatened to pull out a gun while there was kids around and even left all of his trash for us to pick up, waste of a person. He even realed all of our fishing poles up and stole our fishing spot on the river.

Well, I had him come out to do a diagnostic. I told him the year make and model prior to him coming, he said that he didn't bring the right attachment to do the test and that we needed to replace the battery before he could do it, he said he would come back after I had a chance to change the battery. He still charged me over 90 dollars. I tried to contact him multiple times after and he kept making excuses why he couldn't get to me. After further research I found out he's known for taking people's money and not coming back. Super cool

He was able to dial in on what the problem was and help me decide the cheapest way to fix it. He was honest and straight forward and talked in language that anyone would understand! He was great and communicated everything even when he was on his way and he prices are excellent compared to other places out there! Thanks again KC, Keep up the good work!

Issues with your car and finding a mechanic can be super stressful, but he made it the complete opposite. Very friendly and professional, and thoroughly explained to me what I needed to know. Certainly will call again if I need to.

Communication is terrible. Had him come out and diagnose a cracked transmission pan. He said he could fix it and would research what pan i needed. 5 days later, he sent me a picture of the one he found. I scheduled the appointment and rented a car. A week before the appointment I asked if I needed to get any supplies. He said filter and fluid. I asked if he ordered the pan. He said that he doesn't buy the parts. This would have been nice to know a week ago. I pay $50 extra for 3 day shipping. Great, I got the parts and supplies and arrange my schedule to meet him. Two hours before the appointment, he cancels. No phone call, no text. Nothing. I call and no answer. I text him and finally get a response. He had a family emergency and had to cancel. I understand, stuff happens. Does he call later? No. Reschedule? No. Crickets. I still haven't heard from him and it's been a month. I scramble to find another mechanic. I had to pay $150 to have my car towed there. Also, another week of rental at $350. All together, I had to spend an extra $550. Still no apology, not a word. Completely unreliable. save a headache and find someone else.

Started off well and sounded like a trustworthy mechanic, but KC put the wrong O2 sensors in our service truck which caused our ECM to fry, costing us over $1,000 in additional repairs. On a second vehicle, he wouldn't respond to messages after promising twice to find the part numbers for parts we would need to order. He also charged us OVER the sales tax % (11% instead of 10.4%) both times he serviced us. IRS may want to do an investigation. Very unprofessional and in the end made us feel foolish for using his services. Go to a professional. Don't rely on KC.

When I needed a mobile mechanic in October to fix my 1993 Ford Ranger, I searched on Nextdoor and on Be Neighborly Kirkland for recommendations. Based on several recommendations, I contacted Casey at Lone Star Auto. He was great the first time he came to meet me in late October. He was on time, friendly and seemed to know exactly what was wrong with my truck. He even offered to save me money by having me order the parts myself on Amazon. He promised to come back one week later to install them. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard from him so I reached out again and he did not seem to even remember me. He came that week and spent 3-4 hours removing the fuel pump from my truck. The truck was in pieces, up on blocks. It sat there for the next 2 weeks as I was unable to reach him again. He then came shortly after the election results were announced, packing a gun on his hip in plain sight. He left again without fixing the truck, saying he couldn't get it working. Two more weeks went by and I had it towed to my regular mechanic, who had been moving in October when this all started so I had to find another resource. My regular mechanic detailed a huge mess Casey had made of my truck. There was fuel everywhere and parts left off. They gave me an estimate of $1100 to fix his mess. I'd already paid him $400. He responded to my next call all defensively and said he'd be right out to fix it. In late December, after having the vehicle again towed back to my house, I sold it for parts for $500. I lost about $800 on his costs and the tows plus the vehicle was valued at $3500 before this mess and I had to salvage it. He's still refused to take any responsibility and has, in fact, insisted that I have not paid my bill. The mechanic who bought the truck from me messaged me and told me that Casey had not strapped the fuel tank back on so if I had been able to drive it and I'd suffered even the slightest rear end collision, the take most likely would have exploded. Thankfully it wouldn't start.
