It's fine, it's a cheap motel so you get what you pay for. The WiFi sucks though, which is irritating.

If you book through third party this motel may be called Gold Bar Motel. Our room is large and has ample space for clothes and kitchen food/accessories. It's run down. It has a full fridge and has a taped up microwave. One outlet in here is iffy as it pops out anything I plug into it so had to switch outlets to charge phone. There is an ac/heater box in the window for heat. I can deal with a lot and this is not the cleanest place I've been to but when I can't even take a shower that is when I get mad. Get toe ghetto! The shower in our room is broken as in the handle doesn't work so I took a sink/wash cloth cleaning. Very annoying. There is a nice food Thai food truck in the parking lot though and that was delicious with plenty of food. I would not book this place again or recommend it though. Just staying one night passing through to snowboard tomorrow.

Booked a night for my wife and daughter who was going hiking the next morning. They pay when they arrived , got to the room, ac did not work, toilet did not flush. Stains which looked like blood on the bedding. Very unsanitary. They asked to be moved or cancel, they moved to the next room, which was equally bad if not worse. I proceeded to call hotels.com, told them the situation and they called Stevens Pass Motel ,they agreed to cancel with full refund. Charges were still on my card weeks later so we disputed with credit card company. 50+ days later I get a letter from my card with a copy of a written dispute from them saying my wife is a liar and trying to cheat the charges.
I called hotels.com again, they agree that stevens pass is incorrect, they are trying to talk to the hotel to reverse course. They wont reverse charges to hotels.com. Bunch of scammers. Hotels.com wants to credit back the amount owed and I told them not to, I want to dispute with credit card company to make them pay. This out of principal, the 109.00 charged is not a big deal , but for them to take this stance and call my family cheaters is far and beyond acceptable.
Crooked and dishonest, if they had said no refunds, showed me documentations as to why, I would accept it and go on about our way.

I think those who left nice reviews must have been at a different motel…knew we wouldn’t get a refund so we slept in our car rather than risk sleeping there.

by far the nastiest place I have ever stayed at!! the rooms were full of black mold and I have the pictures to prove it. I had to move to a completely different motel for the night because I couldn't take the smell of the mold anymore. I talked to theanager about the problem and he told me to come back the next day for a refund so I came back the next day and was denied the refund. to whomever decides to stay here good luck

Looks great on the outside. Inside? Not so much. I suggest you go somewhere else. I don't think the mattresses have been cleaned since 1986. I didn't get ANY sleep the night i was there the beds are extremely hard and probably the only redeeming quality of the entire experience was the restaurant next door.

Polite ,helpful management, it was a blessing.Noteworthy details: I was in mourning just coming from memorial services and I was very drained emotionally, the gentleman that checked me in was very kind. I truly was blessed and would stay there again.

Very sweet front desk person. Affordable & upfront Motel. Delicious Thai restaurant next door. Jetted hot tub in the room next to the bed. Newer floors. Older furniture. Giant rooms. Clean.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Hot water was piping hot and didn't take long to get that way! Would definitely stay again

Can I give this zero stars? What a dump. We paid $110 for this! The pictures actually aren't that bad...well, on Hotels.com where I booked it. Should have looked on Yelp!Anyway, overall the room is spacious. There's a big TV and it's got all the Roku stuff like Netflix, Hulu, and a bunch of channels. There's actually a decent refrigerator as well. Big for a room this size. Didn't try the microwave but it looks like it's in good shape.The bed...the bedspread is paper thin. Now, it's summertime but it was still cold last night. It's also got stains on it. The sheets were rough and not soft. The pillows are hard and lumpy.Inside there are paint marks, dings in the walls, actual mold in the corners, and just a feeling of "I don't care" when maintenance is being done. Let's talk about the bathroom. The toilet isn't secured to the floor. When taking showers this morning we found out that the floor isn't secured to the floor! Thought the unit it looks like they used that cheap peal and stick fake wood flooring. Not sure. I'm not a carpenter. Anyway, I'm always very careful not to get water outside the shower. However, the shower head is EXTREMELY high flow and was coming out at many gallons per minute. This was flying all over and soaking the thin, useless shower curtain and that was dripping all over the floor. I bought it in the shower, of course, but it didn't help. Not only was there water everywhere out side the shower but it got in the cheap floor boards and soaked all the way to the sink! This is likely why they were coming up to begin with last night. Anyway, it was looking like it would be a cute little motel in a cute little mountain town and it has every potential to be that. But, it's a dump and I need another show and probably some antibiotics.Oh, and we just bought a new car and the parking lot is NARROW. There were people milling around all night, including two women with latex gloves on at like 11pm. WTF?Anyway, at least the wifi isn't that terrible.
