Check out is ridiculous. One person to 5 pluse customers in line. Then, the self check out with only 5 items or less. The service is slow. Have to wait in line for 15 minutes. Computer systems are slow. When we have shopped at other Dollar General locations there are multiple staff members helping to get customers checked out and on their way, when there has become more then three parties waiting in line.

I'm about to stop shopping here there's to many rules,plus there's 1 lady there that is really rude older lady with brown hair that is just mean,and I've never heard of a store were kids aren't aloud in without an adult,

I want to buy a phone charger and I needed to use the restroom No clerks would find time to get me the bathroom key and told me that they don't have to keys. And Look away from me. They were very rude.

well they dont have about a third of the store priced, same items for months now. they dont care where or how the alarm tags on clothing ( specially bigger sizes.) second time i got charged full price on clearance item, even though i told them. hate having to go back and have it fixed. i work in retail,so i know!

Dollar General is an okay place to shop in a pinch, but I don't go if I can avoid it. The selection is okay, they do stock some items that the other stores in town don't which is nice, but the prices are pretty high. The store isn't well kept in my experience, with items on the floor or in the wrong section. The employees aren't rude, but they aren't friendly either. There never seems to be enough staff in the store to manage customers and keeping the shelves stocked.

Dirtiest store in town, and there is never an employee at the second check stand and hasn't been since they opened. Usually not even one at the first, they want you to ring a bell to get their attention. Terrible customer service.

Bad customer service. Messy store. Prices that are listed do not match prices at the register. Can’t use the bathroom because they “lost” the key. Some of the cashiers are extremely rude. And there’s only ever one of them working up front so LONG LINES.

Went here to pick up a couple of items with my fiancé and the self checkout would not print our receipt and we couldn’t find an employee for about 10 minutes. So, we left, knowing we didn’t need our receipt, we just wanted it. As soon as we walk to our car, this woman comes ruining our and yelling at us that we didn’t pay! I was mortified! First of all we did pay, because we NEVER had to run out card again, all that rude woman had to do was push a button and the receipt came out but she decided to call my fiancé a thief in front of the entire store! That was a complete lie, totally uncalled for and completely unprofessional! She looked to be high, but who knows in this town. We can prove it through cameras and my bank account, because if we had “stolen” anything, she would have been able to call law enforcement, but sue didn’t and WE deserve an apology for that disgusting behavior! Horrible story and poor quality reporting of f employment who obviously have no idea how to do their job.

Worst costumer service I've ever encountered in retail. One associatein particular has been very rude on multiple occasions.very long wait times, only ever one register opened.
