My account/debit card had been seriously compromised. I was in a panic. Rae calmly fixed the problem. She was very kind, understanding and professional. The five star option isn't enough. Truly, everyone who works at the Goldendale branch deserves a raise, three weeks of vacation time and a gold watch.😃💖
