The local Post Office is necessary for shipping small items. The staff at the local office are very nice, get to know regular customers quickly, and are kind. They work hard despite a heavy workload. The office is a great place to visit, with friendly staff who are patient and understanding. Overall, the United States Postal Service provides a great service, especially in rural areas. The staff are committed to making customer experiences better.

The staff is friendly, but the service is terrible. Packages are taken by contract drivers who never intend to deliver them. They just leave notices in mail boxes, then return them to the post offices where everyone has to wait in long lines to pick them up.

Why were Walk-up boxes installed where the Drive-up boxes used to be? The whole point of a Drive-up box is that you don't have to exit your vehicle to drop off mail. Walk-up boxes don't work for that purpose with most vehicles. Please change them back to Drive-up boxes.

The people at the front counter are great! It’s the postal carries that suck!!! I have to drive 20 minutes to town to pick up my packages from the post office when they are supposed to deliver my packages to me. I waste my time and gas to get my stuff that they get paid to deliver.
