Very friendly and handled my transaction with respect. She also was kind enough to give me a bottle of water, I was so parched and really appreciated it. Thank you for your great customer service at ACU!

I first time used this branch This branch employee are so unprofessional And rude. I been there for deposit. And ask them can they print me out one copy. And they said can't. And reply really rude way, and look at me like i m coming from different planet. I think coz of my skin color.
I usually go to there different branch they never have problem to print a copy. And they did print after them when i go to different branch same day. I never gonna use them in my whole life. And i m going to close my account so i don't have to deal with them again.
I just opened account in October.

I went to the Graham branch of ACU today and got help by the manager Amanda. I had a lot of problems and she fixed everything for me in a timely and professionally manner. I always get great service at Graham ACU.!

Miss Jamie @ Spanaway ACU, a very sweet lady. Took very good care in setting up my bill pay, I was like a first grader in front of her but she had all the time in the world for me. I wish we had more customer service personnel like hee. Thank you Jamie

Upon entering the ACU in Graham the atmosphere was inviting and engaging. I was completely impressed with Sandy McDaniel’s professionalism, ability to make us feel comfortable and explain complex information clearly. I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend ACU and Sandy for any banking/credit union services.

One of our computers got malware. They were quick to respond to locking our bank account and setting us up with a new account. Not a fun experience but all members we worked with were great!

No notary. Closes at noon for lunch - inconvenient for many customers. Staff shorthanded. Not the same as it used to be.
