I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I’m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation. Super great service and so quick. Thank you CARSTAR!

Horrible customer service. The guy at this location was extremely rude to me when I interrupted his Netflix show he was watching behind the counter to ask for an appointment. Rolled his eyes at me and told me they were booked til I told him I wanted the next appointment, even if it was weeks away. He made me wait 2 weeks and when I came back and went to hand him my keys he said “oh I just need to take pictures. It will only take 3 minutes.” Guess he couldn’t pause Netflix for 3 min 2 weeks ago.

This company was by far the most professional business I’ve had to deal with since the accident that led me to them. The graham location was welcoming and professional with coffee and comfortable waiting area. The spa away location was even more professional, as I got out of my car an associate was greeting me and helping me out. He was so professional and helpful and got me to my car to get my belongings out.Service: Body & Trim

I had minor damage to the front end of my car. I I was told it would take about a week to fix. It took them five weeks to fix my car!! I have sport stripes on my Camaro and when they tried to replace the ones on the hood they ripped them three different times. Each time they ripped them they had to reorder and wait until they came in and then try again. On the fourth time they picked someone else to put the stripes on. I was very disappointed with their service!Services: Painting

Took my car in got pictures and estimate. A week later I check back to see if everything was approved for repairs . Nope they never submitted my estimate and said I have to come back again.

Great service! Frequent updates on repair progress. I can't even tell that my car was damaged. Also, they cleaned my car, inside and out. Looks better than it has in years!
