Stacy was very professional from the moment I walked in the store and threw the whole haircut and beard trim. Not only was she fast but very good at multitasking other customers as they walked in. Great customer service as well and the store is well kept. Thank you

I had long curly hair. Middle of my back. Almost same length. I asked for long layers and ended up with a mullet. I had to cut all my hair above my shoulders to fix the butched hair in the back. My son went two weeks later. The same person took noticeable chunk out of his mustsch on on side. Never going back! I will take years for my hair to grow to the length they took from me.

My daughter went for a trim came out with bangs chopped up to her mouth not even blended or tapered and wasn't even asked it it was ok .. will never return!!!

Great service in and out, pretty quick.
Pricing was a bit rough. $27 per child. My sons mullet turned out epic! My small daughters tiny trim seemed abit high in price. Overall, they were happy with the experience.

I initially had a disappointing experience at Great Clips in Graham. I asked for side-swept bangs and a layered haircut, but the stylist barely did anything except cut a small section at the center back of my head. Within five minutes, she said she was done. When I asked about the layers, she vaguely mentioned that they “start from the back,” but there were no proper face-framing layers in the front, and the bangs were not done correctly. I had to consider going elsewhere to fix it, which was frustrating.
However, the manager, Stacy, reached out to me personally and invited me back to the salon to fix my hair. She acknowledged the issue, took the time to understand my concerns, and made the necessary corrections. I truly appreciate her professionalism and quick response in making things right.
While my initial experience wasn’t great, I appreciate Great Clips’ customer service and Stacy’s efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you!
