Twice I've seen Karma. She's friendly, knowledgeable, listens and does exactly what you need! Haircut from her is $40+ but worth it! Those complaining about a hairdry--read their pricing list or call! Also, they usually have sales on pro haircare!
Usually no long wait or feel rushed but I recommend you make an appointment.
Definitely recommend karma! :)

Lilly did an AMAZING job color correcting my daughter's botched home hair color! My daughter is only 10, and this is also the first time she's had a major trim. Lilly was absolutely wonderful and so patient! Told my daughter many times how pretty she is, and that she was doing a great job sitting for so long. She also went over some basic haircare with her to keep it healthy. She will definitely be seeing my daughter again for future trims!

There was no one in the store, the employee was sitting in the back and did not look up when I entered- ordered the 3 times I jingled the wind chimes on the door.
I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and bangs cut- she was honest and said she doesn't usually do brows. She tried, and got my hair stuck in the wax. The haircut was alright.

I will never come back. I showed the lady picture of the haircut that I want .She called me to sit next to the sink to wash my hair and I said no but she said it’s included and she cut my hair shorter than the picture that I showed and didn’t cut it the right way. She charge me $35 for butcher haircut. And I ask her if she will dry it she said I need to pay an extra $10 to blow dry. Need to leave the salon with a dripping wet hair.

My hair was in pretty bad shape when I first started coming to HairMasters and Holly has made a huge difference in the texture and the thickness of my hair along with a wonderful haircut. I’m very pleased with the service and the skill and taking care of my hair. I’m grateful to have found this lady who has done wonders for my hair.

First of all I want to say that I have been coming to place for “Years” and I have ALWAYS been mostly satisfied with the services. That being said I called to make an appt during open hours (No Answer) so I scheduled a ONLINE appointment for a Partial color with an automatic time of 70 minutes allowed just to show up for my appt and being told that they don’t have enough time for my appt. 😡 How is it that YOUR SYSTEM said that would be enough time but the stylist says NO? I am actually glad this happened, because last time I had my color done there it was actually More Yellow/ Orange than what I originally asked for. Unfortunately I will now have to find another place. Just be careful when you schedule online. Make sure you call (HOPEFULLY SOMEONE ANSWERS)
