“After spending far too many hours trying to find a place to get my wife's scooter lift repaired I found this place. The tech knew his stuff. He admittedly was a little arrogant but it was arrogance he was able to back up with knowledge and skills. So I'll take it. Prices were fair for skilled trade but the actually facility looks a bit run down so you might expect to be getting discount service. All in all an excellent experience.”
“Stores like this aren't easy to find. If you need "odds and ends" medical supplies, this is a store to check out. It looks unassuming and there are few reviews, but I needed nebulizer masks and had no idea where to look. Took a chance on this place cuz it 'looked' like a medical supply store. Rest assured, it is, in fact, a medical supply store. It's not huge, but it has the stuff an average RiteAid would not have. We also got a wheeled walker and the price wasnt unreasonable. Reviews like this are needed for small businesses, so the average person can read someone saying "yes, this is the place you're looking for!"”

“My wheelchair arm rest pad was ready to see the trash soon. The plastic base was broken and the pad was wearing fast. I called Carex and they provided me the name of Sound Medical Supplies in Puyallup since they did not offer a replacement pad. I spoke with Dane, the manager, both on the phone and in person. He is friendly, customer-focused, and professional and his business offers a whole host of durable medical supplies for your home care or your own business needs. He was able to provide a replacement pad that, after comparison, was nearly a perfect fit! I am a happy customer and my wheelchair is even happier. Highly recommend you stop in and see him.
