We all know the saying about first impressions. I was looking for a good quality cleaners in my area. I happened upon this establishment the other day. Figured I would try them out. I pull up in my car to their storefront first thing this morning. I parked directly in front of the entrance. I am pretty sure whoever was working inside the establishment saw me get out of the car and come in. I get out and walk in with two shirts. As I arrived at the counter and set my shirts down, I see an older asian gentleman about 15 feet away from me on his phone. He does not acknowledge me for about 10 seconds. At this point , I started another 10 second countdown. There was nobody else in the store. It did not appear like he was doing any type of work. He was just on his phone. Did not even look up at me to acknowledge me. After 10 seconds passed in my head, I grabbed my shirts, turned around and walked right out. Not a peep was said by this gentleman. Which I’m going to assume was the owner. I’m sorry to say that this gentleman lost a potential customer. All because he placed more importance on his phone than a person standing at his counter that was willing to give him business. His perceived disregard and non-chalant attitude directly reflects the quality of work on his customers’ products. Never setting foot in there again. I am glad to have dodged this bullet. To the owner…Do better, sir and take care of your clientele. Because if you don’t, somebody else will.

If you’re looking for a place to go, go here! They are amazing and so friendly!! I took a dress that had two holes in it (that I thought). When I picked it up he said he found more and fixed those also! It also was done super quick and for a great price!!! Thank you so much!

Place is cheapest in town to have pants altered 4 pair of carharts was 10$ech ever where else I called was over 14$ an they did an awesome job

This has been my go-to dry cleaner for several years. The owners have been very helpful from my general dry cleaning needs to cleaning and repair of a high-end Sherri Hill dress my daughter had damaged with her appearances in parades. The dress was restored to its beautiful white color (streets are dirty:), the sheer overlay received an undetectable repair, and the loose beading was secured by hand. This 5-star review is long overdue. I'm so glad this family-owned business made it through the economic strain of the pandemic!

Great customer service! When I first start coming to this cleaners a year ago. The guy didn't say much but after I constantly asked how his day was and how's his family he warmed up to me. Very quiet and peaceful family owned business. I saw the other reviews and I would be upset as well but I'll give them another try if it happened to me. We all aren't perfect and honestly dry cleaners are going to be a rare thing in the future. Does it make it right no but things happen. I didn't know the owner was the seamstress. He repaired my vintage skirt for me. I'm a loyal customer!

I've been going to this place for years now and this is by far the best dry cleaners/alterations place I've been at. And I can back this up since I have been to other dry cleaners before to see how their services are and it just doesn't compare to the quality and customer service here. They get your clothes cleaned and pressed by the time YOU need it done, need it done tomorrow? They will do it (with extra cost). Other places, they tell you when they will finish with your clothes and it would be a WEEK later! Unacceptable! These guys really do care for your clothes. And any alterations that need any fixing, they easily got you covered. Buttons that need to be put on? Boom, done in a heart beat. Superior customer service and quality.Services: Laundry wash & fold

It's not normal for a customer to just walk in and say can you fix this for me now, but the kind folks here were able to sew up my pants right there while I waited and I was very happy about that. totally recommend this place they are good at what they doService: Alterations

I purchased two Scottish flat caps from the Scotland store in Scotland, both in my family's tartan patterns, They are beautiful wool caps that I've received many compliments on. Like everything they eventually needed cleaning. My wife took them to PC cleaners and was assured that they would not shrink them. Well guess what. They not only shrunk both, they also managed to soften the bills! They each cost me more than $150 US! I am so upset that leaving a poor review doesn't help much, but it's my only recourse! Use them on valued clothing at your own risk!

We used PC Cleaners to do alterations for my daughters homecoming. They were excellent at alterations, nice people and reasonably priced. We will be back fir sure!
