Hello- I had a difficult time getting the correct Skylight replacement and I called and talked to Taylor and Taylor really stepped up with his knowledge, communication, and always responded in a professional and timely manner. It’s was great working with Taylor. I will definitely go back great customer service!

Love this store. They have great deals on quality tools and supplies. I see this company moving up the chain and hopefully it can get as profitable as the Lowe's and Home depots. Next time you want to Go to the big stores. Go ahead and change your mind and support stores like this, because the service you get isn't even close to the big stores. You won't have to look around for a hour like a Home Depot , and not get any help. Time is money and don't waist your time and go here and get in and get out.i think what most people actually want

Service was ok, tool selection was meh. Lumber is absolute garbage. You’d be better off at Home Depot.
I want to clarify that by “ok” I mean the service was good, absolutely no problems with the staff. It’s just that it was overshadowed by the product being sub par.
