"Vonda"Was VERY helpful & patient with 'me' as I often get confused going through the checkout line at the Safeway store. Please tell her that I said, 'thank you' from the bottom of my heart!!! I just sent my husband up to your store to return some bad mayonnaise and shriveled up tomatoes I just bought there two days ago and they would not give him a refund without a receipt. I am a loyal member and all they had to do was look it up by my phone number. At over $6 for Best Foods mayonaise that you go to use and it's rancid tasting and the signature select grape tomatoes are half shriveled up, that is ridiculous. I have been shopping there since this store has opened 30 plus years ago and this is how you treat your customers?

This pharmacy is, by far, the worst pharmacy we've ever visited. The attitude from the workers is surly at best. If you happen to stand in the wrong line, they direct you to the back of the line, even though you only have a question or if you want to see what they have ready for you. If you try to talk to anyone, they again direct you to the back of the line. We have now transferred all our prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is a loss of five to six hundred dollars per month due to their lousy, care-less attitude. If they don't like their job, they need to go find a job in another line of business. We are through with the Graham Safeway Pharmacy.

Love the cashiers at this store so they get one star. Produce employees regularly drop produce on the floor out of the prepackaged containers and then put it back into the container after collecting it from the dirty floor. Management does nothing. Won't be buying any produce from here ever again.

Worst experience EVER. Going to Rite Aid from now on. Totally awful put me on hold FIVE times before I could even convey my refill request. BOO!

This is a review more than two years in the making. And specifically entails the meat dept, and I have called on more than one occasion to complain. Obviously it doesn't do any good. But this time I asked to have the store manager Jerry call me back. And please note the store webpage states that a butcher is on hand u til 8pm to hand trim meat or provide butcher services. Well that's not true as for providing butcher services till 8pm and what I'm going to complain about has happened as early as 330pm. What do I want done? I want my certain cuts of meat ran through the damn tenderizing machine. But depending on who's working or what the workload is, it can be taken apart as early as 330pm I'm told. Tonight I was standing in line and there as one young man at 5:15 pm working and he was helping everyone. There were 5 people in front of me. By the time it was the person in front of me turn, 20 minutes had passed, they were all pretty big sales. Anyways he asked to have his pork tenderized , which is what I wanted done also, the kids response was...sorry the machine is taken apart and cleaned so I can't do that. I just turned around while the guy in front was obviously pissed also. I was burnt pissed myself because like I said this isn't the first time. But on my way home I had called my wife and said no dice on the tenderizing and she told me (which was a mistake to) what happened to her a few months ago at the meat counter at 224th, she wanted to have the cellulite from the pork ribs on the back removed. It's a long single white piece of tough cellulite sometimes referred to as silver skin. The guy behind the counter said to her (and had I been there I would have gone ape poo) "well if I do it for you I will have to do it for everyone." Seriously I asked her, and she said yes. And she told me there was no one else around so he would not have had to do it for everyone. She says now I go to fred Meyers on 176 and they have done it every time I've asked without hesitation and regardless of what time it is. (Now granted I'm sure it's the dinner hour or before as we are at home by 6pm) I can't wait to see if jerry calls me as I requested, as I'm sure he will be interested in hearing that one. Anyways this is long and I'm angry, again this is a couple of years in the making. Im seriously considering to just drive to Freddie's from here on out and have what I want done, I will pay extra in meat prices but there's a lot to be said for services. And I'm this day and age with the price of food and with such little profits for stores, you would think that they would be bending over backwards for your business. I guess being a 50 something male, we just grew up differently than todays workers. I will say that when I called the store tonight the front end manager Michelle was very nice to me. She may be the last person I ever speak to at Safeway. As I sit here and write this I'm still angry and I think i will just go to Freddie's after listening to my wife, when your older and have sore theeth or her arthritic hands....the little things make all the difference. PAY ATTENTION 224th meat dept. I can also say for certainty that when I speak with Jerry I am going to ask him for the district's phone number because they will be informed also. Either by jerry or by me. Im not going to let this drop. **Edit** This is the only store I shop at and for the most part my wife, I can easily go back through the check book and average out 1000$ a month we spend here. So it's not like I'm complaining about a one time shopping experience.

The staff is friendly and professional. I have been using this pharmacy for 30+ years. Staff were especially attentive during my cancer treatment and expressed care each month for the 5 years following treatment, while I had to take maintenance medication.

The wait here is crazy after standing in line for 20 min they tell me I whent to the wrong window .. I would have seen it was the wrong window with some proper signage.

Pharmacy is terrible they need to change their lying system. Every time I want to refill they always tell me that my medicine will be refilled a certain day and when I call back staff told me that no one had put it through. Uiugghhh!!!

Always great people the main pharmacist .on shift knows their stuff and are a big help.
