This time my pedicure was done by an old lady. I did not like her service at all. She neither did the pedicure properly nor cut the nails properly nor did she apply proper nail pants. This time I was very disappointed with your service.☹️

Absolutely horrible. Second time in and they threw a fit cause I wanted checkers on my big toe. Ended up with a crap design. They then burned my feet with the wax that was too hot and a few moments laughed about it in their language. I knew They were laughing at me cause they all looked at me. Then they charged me for a different pedicure option than I chose. This place sucks. I thought I’d give them a second chance after the first time but I should I’ve never went back

So start off the nail tech was huffing and puffing under his breath while doing my nails. He acted like he was bothered that I was bringing the salon business. My mom was getting her nails done next to me and the owner made comments about her talking to me while we were both getting our nails done. People go in to relax and they made the environment extremely unpleasant. Very unsanitary, do not clean instruments in between clients. Take your business down the road where your dollar is appreciated! I can accept mediocre customer service if the nails are up to par, but even the nails look terrible!

Unfortunately, it was not the experience I thought it would be. I don’t normally complete reviews however when I am given such blatant disrespect I now must speak out. Upon arriving Ofcourse they tell you to pick out your color however I wasn’t given the “menu” of what is offered for pedicures. I sit in one of there seats where they proceed to run plain water. My feet soak the entire time in just plain water. As the tech is filing my toe nails down I caution here to not cut my big toe nail down so deep as it had just grown back, she tells me well I’m gonna cut it just a bit more… after the clean up process on the toe nail bed my feet get dunked back into the water and then the tech proceeds to pull my legs out and put oil and lotion all over my wet legs. Once polish is applied to my toes she proceeds to move onto the next customer where he is presented with the menu, warm conversation along with salts and other things added to his water basin. The tech decided since my water basin is empty she takes the dirty towels from another chair and throws them into the basin while I’m sitting there. I am not from here and at this point I recognize it’s time for me to leave! This place will never get my business or the potential business I could have brought to its establishment. In the future, it would behoove you to treat everyone with the same respect as I would hate to say that due to me being a black woman I was treated in such a way.

The owner did a fantastic job waxing my back!! My daughter also got a pedicure and they did great!! Very clean! Very friendly. Great job!! Thanks we will be back in a month!

I've had pretty good luck with this place in the past. Nit always the most friendly.. I've been going for years and everytime I walk in, they act like they've never seen me before... but whatever, I've always been pretty happy with my nails. But tonight there was a new young male that I got stuck with and he was not good. Didn't even say hi or look at me. And then the whole thing was rushed like never before even though there was only one other person in there. And I am not at all happy with how my nails turned out. Polish is uneven, too thick and shape is off. Not happy..

I've been having my nails taken care of for 10+ years here. Waxing and pedicures, too.The owners, Tina and Don, are very lovely people and do their best to accommodate everyone. It can be busy, so I will try to call and schedule my appointment. There have been times I've walked in and was able to be taken care of right away. Since they are a popular place, don't be too surprised if you have to wait 10-15 min. Sometimes, you may just have to come back. But they are worh the wait!

Poor customer service. I’m 15 and I wanted nice nails for my HOMECOMING, I asked the man for square nails but he decided he wanted to do coffin. When I told him that’s not what I wanted he said “It’s too late”. I got upset and asked if he could redo them he then got mad and called me a baby and had lady do my nails instead. All though I had a poor experience the lady who did my nails did a great job.
