We've been in Graham since 2009. There has not been a single week since that we didn't receive mail belonging to the person the next street over with the same house number, and vice versa. Multiple packages have also been misdelivered or lost, or they were marked delivered but never actually made it onto the mail truck - when we went in to ask about the missing packages, they suddenly produced them from the back. We have filed complaints before, but they have fallen on deaf ears. I'm tempted to get a PO box in a different city just to make sure I actually get my mail and packages on time.

It’s no wonder this office has a 1.8 star rating. They have had my package since 8:30am yesterday and can’t seem to deliver it 2 minutes down the road to my house. Like y’all suck, do better. You ruined my day and by the looks of these reviews a lot of other peoples too.

The postal carrier continues to lie and say the mailbox is full, but you can't stick an oversized package in there. You gotta bring it to the house! Yet they are unbelievably lazy and afraid to walk. Kinda like you might do a lil bit of actual work to carry a small box to someone's doorstep! Omg...so scary! Pathetic...this is an ongoing issue with this office! I hope your toilet floods with your bs!

Terrible postal service. I have lived in my home for 3 years now and we are CONSTANTLY getting other people’s mail, as well as other people getting our mail. Sometimes we don’t get our mail period. Numerous times our mail in the box is soaking wet from obviously being dropped in a puddle near our mailbox. This location seriously needs to find some competent workers. I avoid using USPS at all costs due to the incompetency of this location but sometimes it’s not my decision and unfortunately we risk not receiving our stuff. TERRIBLE SERVICE USPS!

PLEASE DO YOUR JOBS!
My mother who recently passed away last year, entrusted her jewelry to me to distribute out to her children. It was sent from California to Washington through USPS, in a small box, and was delivered at the Outlook apartments locker parcel on New Years Eve. UNFORTUNATELY they delivered it to the wrong locker parcel! I was hoping the resident who received it would return it but no luck! One of the items included a necklace with my father’s ashes! GONE! ALL OF IT GONE! The heartbreak my family feels is unimaginable!
PLEASE DO YOUR JOBS! DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING YOU DELIVER PLEASE!

Far too often I do not get our mail far too often I get other folks mail far too often they leave my mail box open. I go on there receiving for the day mail and the mail does not come so I respond I did not receive a piece of that mail and they do not respond so where's the sense to that. And now a very important piece of mail that can lead to fraud has gone missing. This is uncalled for. And its.wrong and too often

A package was sent to the wrong zip code by my error. It was the identical to where the package was to go except for one number off it was sent to 98338 instead of 99338. All I was told is the package had a slip that showed 98338 on one side and yet the correct address was on the other, which a real person would have noticed had they actually looked. Now it sits in limbo, I cannot talk to anyone at this office, they don’t answer the phone.

Martin is incompetent and rude, I just watched him bring an elderly woman almost to tears. I can’t believe he has a job period, let alone here.
