I stopped by at 1:24pm to pick up a prescription. I have used this Walgreens for more than 25 years, and most all of the pharmacist staff know me personally. As I was walking towards the pharmacy the pharmacist was coming towards me. She stated that the pharmacy was now closed for lunch, (even though the stated lunch break is from 1:30pm to 2:00pm). Then after waiting till 2:05pm I finally got to pick up my prescription. I mentioned this to the staff member who finally was present to help me, and her response was total indifference when I mentioned switching pharmacies due to the lack of customer service and extended lunch breaks while customers waited. This is an on-going attitude at this pharmacy, and I am fed up and will be switching. I can only recommend others do the same.

The Walgreens in Graham is great they always do a wonderful job, and if any photos are bad they do all they can to help put it right.

My daughter went to our local Walgreens needing a prescription filled for my granddaughter. It was late in the day. Our Walgreens didn't have the medication in stock. The tech was so helpful. After calling other area Walgreens and not finding any in stock, she then called a rival pharmacy and ask them to fill it right away, even though it was close to closing. I'm grateful for Walgreens putting my granddaughter's health first. Thanks Walgreens!

F*ck this pharmacy! My fiancé put in a new prescription yesterday and we got an email saying there were complications and that's it. He went to get his insulin (he's diabetic and could die without it) and they told him he doesn't have any refills left!! They did not give a s*** that this is a life or death situation! He drove away very upset that they didn't offer a single solution or apologize for not contacting us a letting us know he was out of refills! We work nights and he is super exhausted but has to figure out how to get insulin to f*cking survive! Screw all the people at this pharmacy!!

The pharmacy tech I dealt with this morning should research the conditions (scarlet fever vs. rheumatic fever) about which she so rudely (and incorrectly) tried to convince me that I was wrong. When I tried to explain the difference, she argued with me and then referenced a TV show. I feel like there was uncalled for judgement and implication, especially considering that she wasn't correct to begin with.
