“I forgot his name, but came in after a rough day and he helped me with some dex6 trans fluid. He's why im giving 5 stars , awesome guy and went above and beyond to help me”

“Had a simple bumper cover issue on a car & Jared took care of it quickly while we chatted. He also advised he's got a bunch of A/C refrigerant & a much better rate 4 a recharge than the local Ford🤮 dealership. I took the car 2 George's Auto nearby cuz Jared & I both thought that the fact that only 1/4 air vents was blowing cold air had 2 do with some kind of internal valve/actuator issue. Turns out the issue was caused by low refrigerant in a strange Subaru system, so took it right back 2 Jared @ Bird's(which he's hoping 2 rebrand soon since it's a purchased business plagued by its previous owner's 💩reputation), left it w/ him & he had it blowing COLD air from ALL vents by day's end @ a quite reasonable price!😁👍 While communication suffers a bit here, it's NOT due 2 a rude nature like another old review seemed 2 indicate, but instead due 2 their workload. Jared's not perfect(none of us are), but he's legit & wants 2 help! They don't deserve the 1-star reviews here.”
