A week ago Friday, while driving my RV to Oregon, I had a rear tire blowout. After getting the spare on, I found this Les Schwab location was the closest to me and gave them a call to check if they had a replacement in stock. They confirmed they had a comparable tire available, and I was only about 10 minutes away.
As I approached—literally stopped at the intersection across the street—one of the techs spotted my RV, recognized I was likely the one who had called, and waved me over with clear directions on where to park. From that moment, the service was exceptional.
The technician and the manager immediately got to work on my rig. I handed over the necessary documentation and was pleasantly surprised to be told that the replacement was covered under warranty—no charge! I was back on the road in about 30 minutes, completely taken care of.
This kind of friendly, efficient, and professional service is rare. I can’t thank the team enough. They turned a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. Huge kudos to the crew at this Les Schwab location!”
