My trucks water pump went out stranding me in Grand Coulee while pulling my trailer. They jumped right on it and I was back on the road by lunch. Great customer service and flexibility to help me in my emergency

Memorial Day weekend, drove 4 hours to Grand Coulee. Stopped to get gas & our Ford F250 would not start again. We had hotel reservations and appointments all weekend. Jess Ford was down the street, but only their sales dept was open. Called Trent , the sales manager and he said to bring it in. A tow truck wanted $400 to tow it 1 block. Instead, the owner Garrett Jess came and towed it with his vehicle. Service center wasn’t open till Tuesday, but they gave a a service loaner for the whole 3 day weekend!!! This type of customer service is over the top and does not exist (on the West side). These folks are amazing and did everything they could so that we could enjoy our holiday weekend! I picked up the truck on Thurs and the service department was equally professional, friendly and extremely helpful! Hands down the best customer service Ive ever experienced! If I wanted to purchase a new car/truck, I would drive 4 hours to purchase from these amazing folks at Jess Ford!

Bought a 2013 F150 Nov 2nd. Truck was as described. Communication with Ty Jess was great. They brought the truck over from Pullman for us to see/drive. Very pleasant experience. Price was less and condition better than I was finding elsewhere. It was worth the drive.

Took our Maverick pickup to Jess Ford in Grand Coulee because it wouldn't go into tow mode.
Internet said 7:30a but door said 8a. We waited until first employee got there to put coffee on. He saw and waved us in. Finished making coffee and inspected truck. He got numbers needed then walked to back to leave note for Tech.
He came right back with Tech who asked questions then checked truck. He went in his to get a tool to disconnect and reconnect battery.
IT WORKED
He said "no charge" because it's a learning experience for you.
All before 8a when they open.

I needed to get some Ford keys cut, but I couldn't find anyone to do it for me. Contacted Jess via their online contact form, they responded quickly, and said they were able to help me. When I showed up they were ready to assist me and resolve my issue. I am so very thankful for this small town dealer providing excellent service to our communities!

My 2007 Taurus had it's 3rd and to me final transmission failure conveniently 2 doors down from Jess Ford. I let the local peace officer on duty know why I was illegally parked in a no parking zone while he was setting up but before he was done to prevent wasting his time (A few guys enjoying tacos from the Taco Truck helped me push it out of the way of traffic and the no parking zone was the only place it wouldn't roll into traffic from, as the park pin was toast) and the officer said to go to Jess Ford in the morning, and I did. Trent helped me get into a great 2022 Escape that checked all of the boxes for me.* Cold weather package - check* All wheel drive - check* Renewed bumper to bumper warranty - check* Advanced active safety systems - check* Comfortable ride - check* Within my cash on hand budget - check* Service contract - check* No high pressure salesman - check* Absolutely not flashy - check* Not a peace officer magnet - WOW!* Fun to drive WITHIN the rules of the road - check * Low mileage dealer loaner - yes!* Reasonable fuel economy - yes please lower my carbon footprint further thank you!Both Trent and I were entirely willing to walk away from a deal even though he was motivated to sell and I was motivated to buy, and the negotiation skills we brought to the table together was exactly what sealed it for me. He gave me a ride to the Credit Union in a really cool fully Electric Cherry Mustang which would have been really neat if:1. I had a circuit already in place to connect a charger, OR I wasn't a renter and had the ability to hire someone to install one OR it was a stand-alone hybrid 2 AND I was 20 years younger AND lived close enough to a track to REALLY enjoy it3. AND it was within my cash budget.4. AND it was not an eye magnet (peace officer magnet - I respect your dedication to public safety and IF you need to use your time to help me understand why I'm getting your undivided attention that's great and I'm paying attention to every syllable but I prefer to let others need it)BUT that's ok, I think mine is a better fit for me and good luck to whoever ends up with that pretty beast - I hope you are a peace officer who can really enjoy every moment with it. You've earned it and I'm sorry we don't pay you more for your service.Thanks Trent and Jess Ford!

Great selection of vehicles. The salesman was not pushy at all. We did not buy the vehicle we looked at, but had a great experience with the Jess Ford team.
