Absolutely Outstanding Service!
A week ago Friday, while driving my RV to Oregon, I had a rear tire blowout. After getting the spare on, I found this Les Schwab location was the closest to me and gave them a call to check if they had a replacement in stock. They confirmed they had a comparable tire available, and I was only about 10 minutes away.
As I approached—literally stopped at the intersection across the street—one of the techs spotted my RV, recognized I was likely the one who had called, and waved me over with clear directions on where to park. From that moment, the service was exceptional.
The technician and the manager immediately got to work on my rig. I handed over the necessary documentation and was pleasantly surprised to be told that the replacement was covered under warranty—no charge! I was back on the road in about 30 minutes, completely taken care of.
This kind of friendly, efficient, and professional service is rare. I can’t thank the team enough. They turned a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. Huge kudos to the crew at this Les Schwab location!

This is one of the most efficient Les Schwab Tire Centers I have been to. The staff were friendly, fast, and proficient. It has been a long time since I have experience such great customer service. I highly recommend this tire center.

After a grueling work week of commuting between Wenatchee and Grand Coulee every day, my car suddenly broke down with no help in sight. Desperate for assistance, I turned to the team at Les Schwab. The individuals at Les Schwab went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they check my battery, which turned out to be in good condition, but after strenuous failed efforts I had arranged to have my car towed, which required additional support as we struggled to get it into neutral since it wouldn't start.
I am incredibly grateful for Randy and Scott at Les Schwab, who exhibited exceptional work ethic and outstanding character in their efforts to assist me. A big thank you to the Les Schwab team in Grand Coulee for their exceptional service and dedication!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Drove down from BC and got a flat tire 10 km from our campsite. Took the truck wheel in to Les Schwab and they patched and reinstalled on my truck in 20 min. In/out. Super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Would give this team a higher rating if possible (11 out of 10 stars!). Randy and his team are the absolute best - serviced four bearings and replaced two brake systems in less than half a day with no notice! Highly recommend.

We have a certified used 2020 Mercedes E450. Low miles. Nice car but too complicated. NO spare, run flat tires. Had a leak. Sold us car with no lug nut key! We were 300 miles from home limited if any cell service. 104 degrees. These guys went extra mile and found the damage without being able to remove the wheel. Plugged it so we could get home and to a dealer and charged us NOTHING!.

I went to the Grand Coulee store for some tire rotation info. On the way there my tire pressure indicator lit up. I went in and explained my situation and they got right on it. Cameron was amazing with his professionalism and attitude towards helping me. My flat was repaired and the tires were rotated, both for no charge. I will be using this store for all my vehicle needs. Cam also gave me 3 quotes for new tires for when I need them. Dishman Dodge in Spokane tried to get me to buy a set of tires by lying about my tread thickness and that my tires couldn't be legally rotated. I do not recommend them for any vehicle diagnosis.
