On two occasions I’ve had illness come up while traveling. The pharmacist was friendly, kind, and fast at transferring our Rx and processing our insurance in a very timely manner.

The customer service is no good. The pharmacy and staff are rude to people and stand around a talk to much about personal stuff. I will no longer use Safeway pharmacy in grand coulee ever again after I get my son refill today

Handy store to pick up groceries. Store is located on an easy to find street and they carry all of the essentials plus they have a pharmacy. I would recommend this store to anyone who is in need of all of the good things we shop for. I Williamson

I quit going to Safeway 3 years ago for the same exact reason...no customer service, and the pharmacy had lines 7-10 deep and never opened the other register. I waited til the crowds diminished to make an apt for my shot at this pharmacy. The site detailed how we would be kept safe by scheduling apts. 45 minutes apart. I scheduled mine for 11:15, I arrived early to find 3 people waiting ahead of me!!! In an area about 8x8, and the third gentleman was obviously very ill and NOT WEARING A MASK. I signed in as pharmacist began administering shots to the two seated. He went back to the counter and began counting pills to fill rx. As I waited another man came and stood in line. His apt was also for 11:15. I asked the sick man, his was for 11:00 and hadn't got his vac shot as of my apt. time. I asked why we were kept waiting when we had appointments. He told me "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, TALK TO THE MANAGER!" WHAT??? I immediately went to the manager, he wasn't in!!! I went to Safeway website at home, no where, no-way to complain without writing or calling. Been there, the phone will keep you waiting til you give up and hang up. Telling in person gives you all the reason we have to understand...nothing gets done. As I said this store is constantly dealing with complaints not just in the pharmacy, but shelves are not stocked, dairy is not kept up to date, and checkout lines can be 5-10 ppl deep and no additional checkers get called. I have turned pharmacy in to health department.

the managers customer service is horrible. cashiers are also very snooty. and you can't get help when you need it. they were asked to fall customer service lied and said they didnt when they had not.
