The best swim spot

Nice place, some of the spots are a bit small/ slopped for a trailer/RV, but there is room, notably at the group sites and the spots further up the hill. But a little more of a tent oriented camp ground.-Dog friendly.-No hookup, at least on the lower spots, not sure about the upper ones.-Close to beach, boat launch, and docks.- Dump site and water located on property, very continent.-If you end up with bad neighbors, you're screwed. The host won't do much,Neighbors partying until 2 am with loud music? Nah.Neighbors have a huge fire during peak fire ban season?Nope.Yelling at the park while banging in trash cans all while blasting loud music. No sir, he's fast asleep.

A lovely campground. No showers or power but the swimming at this beach is wonderful! Warm and clear water in a cordoned off swimming area.

Extremely Noisy due to partying, generators running late into the night and no staff control. Open sites with little privacy. Restrooms only no showers. Nice beach at the lake.

It was nice for rough (RV) camping. No power remote water and sewer dump. Still close to Grand Coulee and Electric city for convenience. A very nice view of lake roosevelt, beach access, not sure about a boat launch.

This is the worst campsite that I have ever stayed in. Site #3. Every other site has a tree or some shade or something. Site 3 is just a pile of gravel completely exposed. It's a cruel joke. The person responsible for allowing this campsite to be rented should be put in prison.

Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful swimming area and boat launch, nice bathrooms, and our spot had a cool overhead cover that our RV fit nicely under. Just know that although there is a dump station by the entrance, it is a dry campground (no hookups). Nonetheless, we will definitely come again in the future!

Staying around Grand Coulee and like to camp? This place offers everything you need for a nice basic camping trip.

The place is very chic to stay, one thing I didn't like is a lot of different wood floating in the section where the boats are launched, my advice is to be very careful when you launch the boat so that this debris does not get into your boat and cause it to crash.Attention for those who have jet skis, my advice is to find another place, and I strongly recommend not to launch jet skis into the water here until all this rubbish is cleaned.Pieces of wood were pulling in our jet ski, and we had to dismantle a lot of things to get this garbage, really after that the desire to bring more jet skis to this place disappeared. For me, the main thing is that I don’t want any of the vacationers here to get into the same situation as we are.I really hope that the Washington State will put order here and people will not get into situations like us….

It's a beautiful view up top, but the sprinklers go off at night soaking your tent and table, plus there are no showers or fire pits at most sites.

I have been coming here to swim, play volleyball and enjoy Lake Roosevelt since I was in high school and now my own children have gotten to experience it.

Campground is very nice. Very clean and quiet, not super busy but water hasn't warmed up for swimming yet. That is why it's not full yet.

Great camping ground one of the best locations - view and beach.Minimal facilities (no electricity and water for RV), a bit on the crowded side.Highly recommend for off seasons/ mid week.

We camped on the lower loop and no hookups for trailers/RVs and its very spaciousfor tent campers. Bathroom wasn't very impressive as no soap, no sanitizer when we first arrived. Campers brought soaps and sanitizer to the bathroom to share. There are no showers in the bathroom; however there were outside shower stands with cold water down in the beach area (which was about a quarter mile away from the lower loop camp sites). Bathrooms on the beach areas were very dirty and no soap/sanitizer either. There was a small playground for toddlers and an area for volleyball. This place is ideal if the bathrooms are cleaned and with some types of sanitize products provided. The beach is extra nice with clear water and soft sand.
