Very friendly and efficient, one of the best banks

No one values your time.Went in to get a new credit card sent out.Walked in to an empty bank and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 2 other bankers then left the bank while leaving the one banker. Was not told I would have to be waiting for one of the 2 bankers to come back. Was left sitting there while the other banker continued counting her till.25 minutes pass and she helps other customers. Only to finally come to me and explain that she was waiting for another banker which we both watch leave.She then proceeded to help me order the new card which only took 2 minutes.The simple process did not require me to wait 25 minutes nor to be shooed away in an empty bank. If it could have been done in 2 minutes. Then I should have been in and out of Chase in 10 minutes max. The only reason I won't cancel my card is because I have it through Amazon Prime. If I could I would switch banks immediately.I don't not recommend the Grandview Chase branch. It's slow. Useless. And most can just be done online without an unnecessary wait time

third time in here and it seems its impossible to open an account , manager and staff believes that you do what they want. I felt attacked and had to leave immediately

Horrible experience at this bank,I came in to withdraw money from my checking account and inquire about opening a business account. They had me wait in the lobby for 1 hour just for them to tell me they didn’t have the time to open an account today.I understand that everyone wants to go home after a long days work but don’t have a customer sitting there for an hour before telling them you can’t assist them. Time is valuable and this branch clearly doesn’t respect their customers time.Won’t be banking with chase anymore

Plenty of available upper management to assist you, also drive thru and ATM located in front of building.

I only go to drive through, and they are mostly friendly. Although there have been a few tellers I've dealt with that made me not want to go there as they were very unfriendly, borderline Rude. But everyone can have a bad day. But i have started banking on line to not have to deal with it.

I had some paperwork i needed to discuss with a banking personnel, I called first to see if they were available. I was hung up on 3 times, finally spoke to someone and was told they were open, then hing up on.I drove up to bank and it was closed inside, drive thur. Done. Will go elsewhere.

This is the WORST Chase bank I have ever done business with. After 5 years plus, they still do not know who I am. They are so slow at the drive in window - 15 minutes three weeks ago, two weeks ago 10 minutes, and yesterday 10 minutes. This is the time needed to cash a check. I am opening an account at a local Prosser branch.
