“I've used this internet service for many years. You cannot beat the customer support they provide. The internet has only been down one time, for a couple hours in the last 12 months or so. They work hard to keep us connected and it is appreciated! I have never had lagging issues and upload speeds are great. In comparison, the last time I had Spectrum, they promised one price over the phone but charged me a higher price, customer support was abysmal, I had issues with important zoom meetings freezing, and my internet was down several times in 12 months.
