While traveling across the state, we found that our new tires were vibrating at higher speeds. We stopped at the nearest Les Schwab Tires in Grandview and we're told we'd have about an hour wait. They had our tires balanced within 30 minutes to get us back on the road quickly. Mathew was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. We appreciate the high quality of Les Schwab services.

Their customer service was exceptional. While traveling with an rv we had a blowout. Jerry was there quicker than he had told us. He was friendly, skilled and took care of us. We traveled back to Les Schwab to get 2 new trailer tires. Matthew, the manager, treated us perfectly. In less than an hour we had 2 new tires mounted while enjoying a bag of popcorn. Highly recommend this Les Schwab.

Was passing through on my way to Seattle and had been losing air from a tire all morning. I stopped here and they looked at my tire almost immediately and it was fixed within an hour! I’m so appreciative of these folks. Thanks, Mathew!

Got here in the morning for them to check my tire to see why it keeps going flat and still here 2+ hrs. An counting and the worst part is they said it was going to be about an hour and I decide to wait. So much for the damn tire warranty. Unreal and yes there wasn’t hardly anyone here when I arrived.

Would not recommend Grandview location my battery was corroded said to me clean it with soda after I paid 200 for the battery 3 months ago crazy dude

Went for an front wheels alignment. The alignment specialist told me that the rear axle needed work and recommended I take it to a body shop. I informed that it was a 2016 Dodge dart and that it had no rear differential. He insisted I take to a body shop. So I did and as I stated prior the vehicle just needed a front wheel alignment. Very poor service. It seemed as if he was trying to avoid the labor. So much for quality service from les swhabs in Grandview WA....

Went here about a month ago to replace one of my mom’s flat tires. After getting it fixed, notice the car would shake, even on new roads. When back to check to ask if the tire was balanced correctly and they said it was fine. We know the car doesn’t shake like this normal, so we went to Les Schwab in Yakima to get it checked out and they said the new tire was poorly balanced. They also could have caused an accident as well. To say the least, we’re not coming back to this specific Les Schwab again.
