Super friendly & attempts to accommodate! A family coming together to run the business. So, one doesn't feel like service is from a detached employee. Constantly working to improve the facility & service available. Worth the drive from out of town people who need a place to store their treasures!

I moved to Grandview in May 2019 to take a trucking job based in that area. My plan was to live in my truck, but I wanted ready access to my stuff whenever I was in town, so I connected with MVP Safe Storage to rent some climate controlled units. The owners, Betty and AJ, are AMAZING. They are the sweetest, most helpful people. They have been nothing but kind, flexible, accommodating, and wonderful to me. They seem to have a somewhat big presence in the area, and from what I can tell, they are all of the above-mentioned attributes to everyone else as well. Simply put, they are the best part of Grandview.In addition to their secure, video-monitored, climate-controlled, indoor storage rooms, they have several other storage options and locations around town for your other needs. They have outdoor access (drive-up) units, garages you can rent to store vehicles you wish to protect from the elements, and they also offer over-sized vehicle storage for boats, RVs, etc... I did not stay with the Grandview-based trucking company, which makes access to my storage no longer convenient for me, but I have chosen to keep my units there anyway because of how lovely this company and this family is. I absolutely recommend them for all of your storage needs.
